I ordered from here today, and it’s usually great, but I received 3 tacos not made with the modifications I had, which is no big deal except when I went to get them fixed I waited in the lobby for 15+ min waiting to even be acknowledged, and then continued to wait longer for someone to come back and actually help. This was infuriating as I was already a paying customer waiting to get my food fixed while the rest of my food was getting cold. If I had at least been acknowledged, I would have had no problem.

Last week I went on drive thru around 11pm and some guy, maybe Bosnian I don’t know, tried to zest me up on drive thru. Honestly it made me feel a little odd and caught me off guard. But, the food was really good!

They like to close the dining room whenever they feel like it and even when the dining room is open, you’ll have to wait 20+ minutes while the drive thru is pumping out cars.

This Taco Bell is probably the nicest one in St. Louis. They’re usually busy at the drive through and not inside, while service is fast either way. My crunchy taco supremes were good. Always been a fan of the chicken quesadillas! They have some good soda selections now. And you can dine in, drive thru, or take out. So March 2022: I was disappointed at first to see the value menu has less and costs more. It starts at $2 now instead of a buck. Soda is $2.50- $3 which is high priced since fountain drinks are the biggest money maker. So my chicken quesadilla was good. I ordered a $2 beefy burrito and it only had half a bite of beef, but the girl at the counter made me a new one which was just right. They do have free Wifi.

went to try to order online and the website and door dash both said either “this location is closed or deactivated” or online it would say “this location is closing soon and is not taking any more orders”. When I called the location to try to let them know their was an online issue because I do understand it happens I was talked to like I was not important and was given a sigh when talking about it and interrupted. I was telling the employee I was just informing them and had a simple question and was told I better walk over here and order than. I will no longer be using this location ever again and I will be sharing my experience…

Used to come this taco bell EXCLUSIVELY because they seem to be 1 of the only taco bell that cooks your food fresh (to order). I’ve eaten here 10+ times over the last couple months, with no complaints. Hot food every time!

Update: after almost a year I tried again and unfortunately it tastes like they never change their oil. Mexican pizza & cinnamon twists have this terrible bitter taste. This was two separate visits.
