Where do I start….They forgot that I ordered and after 30 min they asked if I was waiting on my order, the place was a wreck, the 6 burritos I ordered were empty, the dining area was a disaster, it was just awful. And it does no good to complain these days because they make you look like the bad guy! I still may go back and give them a piece of my mind! Don’t know how they manage to stay open! Don’t think they will even care if I ever come back! That’s just the way it is I guess.

The cashier seemed to not know what was on the menu? Got chicken chalupas instesd of beef. They were ok but not what ordered. I believe the couple with us had an error on their order as well. Clean and fast…just error at the cashier so maybe order yourself online or at kiosk?

If you are craving taco bell, I recommend driving past this one and finding another. They always seem like it is everyone’s first day. The food is made incorrectly and they barely fill any of their tortillas, often leaving out a few ingredients entirely. If you order more than 3 items, you probably will be missing some of them when you get home. If you are looking for somewhere to pay $10-$15 per person to eat a plain tortilla, this is the place for you. I am partially writing this as a reminder to myself, since every few months I forget how bad this location is and mistakenly try it again only to be punished with another bag of garbage handed to me by that day’s rookie who is struggling to master the complex art of crafting the taco bell menu. If you really want taco bell, drive another mile or so south on hwy K and you will find another taco bell that generally does a good job.

I don’t know how the crunchy tacos are getting soggy even faster than they used to. It almost feels like they were pre-prepared, as they were essentially unedible after 5 mins. My gf had the Mexican pizza, which caused her to wake up in the middle of the night and vomit violently. Staff member at the drive-thru window was polite.

Our food was incredibly sloppy. Quesadilla was made incorrectly. Contacted the manager, Mike, and he refused a refund despite having the food and receipt. He also refused any way to rectify the situation other than attempt to reach “Sasha” he would not give a day she worked or whether to call or come to the location. I am now stuck with keeping this food in order to get my money back this issue should have been easily resolved by Mike because it was during his shift the mistake was made. I avoided this location for a long time due to several issues and I regret giving them another chance.

They should really have a person working on door dash orders. Iv waited 40 mins while 15 drive thru orders went out. We are a part of making you guys money by delivering orders but customers are getting mad at us because of the wait times.
