Absolutely fantastic team working at this Taco Bell. Had it not been for them I would not have gotten home because I popped a tire and my parents were out of town. One of the six team members had a car jack in their vehicle and raised my car to get the spare I had. They were all very chill about the situation and were glad to help. Basically the team is top notch in the friendliness department.

This is the slowest Taco Bell in St Charles. The lobby is always locked and drive thru wrapped around the lot. Very confusing experience, while waiting in drive thru, again doors are locked, 2 different people came out of the building with bags of food. Weird.

By far the worst Taco Bell ! They time after time get the orders wrong. If they do get it right the quality sucks… ( missing extras that you pay for, forget to put an ingredient on a taco or nachos that they know should go on there! Beans, cheese etc.) this is not a single trip review. This has gone on for years!

Go order 3-5 chalupa boxes and have family movie night for 27 bucks.comrs with a chicken chalupa..5 layer burrito..taco (hard or soft) cinnamon twist and a drink. They are not stingy with the sauce packets. J/§

The inside of this Taco Bell is a nightmare! There was not one table that was clean. The employees had to be told that there was another order to make. The floor in this place is disgusting. I can only hope that it gets better here. What a complete let down. This Taco Bell used to be my favorite spot. Now, it has no spot on any of my food lists.

Don’t bother coming here. You will wait 45 minutes to get through the line. Cars were driving away from the ridiculous wait. We got stuck in the drive through that has no exit and had to wait and ended up driving without ordering after sitting at the order speaker for 30 minutes.

Avoid this location. The staff is incredibly rude and incompetent. Lobby doors are locked, but appears to be full staffed from cars in the parking lot and the number of employees seen through the drive through window. Had to wait in a 12 car que to pick up my online in store pickup order from the drive thru. Took approximately 45 min to get to the ordering speaker, then another 5 minutes for somone to speak. Order was thrown at me from the window and told bye… Drinks were missing along with several items, they reluctantly gave me the drinks but told me I needed to get back in the drive thru line for the missing items. I just left with what I had, wasn’t worth dealing with these people or waiting again. The food that was in the bag was not correct either so the whole order was a complete failure. Bottom line is go somewhere else, I will be calling Taco Bell customer service as soon as they open to address this issue further. I’ve been a lifelong customer and lived all over the United States, this location is the worst I have ever experienced.

Terrible service! We were in line for 15 minutes with 2 cars in front of me before they even took the first car’s order. When I FINALLY got to the window I was given the excuse that seems to be the norm nowadays, “There are only …. of us here.” And I was told it would be longer. I waited at the speaker for 15 more minutes. You all are making tacos and taking money. I’m so sick of the workers who think it is ok to provide substandard service. Quit! Go home! Be broke, losers, or DO YOUR JOB AND WELL! I won’t be back. I don’t like drive thrus that have designs that force you to stay in line even when you’ve written them off.

There is abunch of teenagers working, they have one kid actually working, the rest are sitting at the tables eating with the doors locked, been in line for 30 minutes and have moved one car. With no inside people how is that possible, person came out and said they are all hanging out and one kid cooking, for the manager check your drive through times and you’ll see. This is definitely getting taken to the area coach and higher if needed.
