Great food, I’m not a fan of kiosk ordering. I ordered and paid and then was told they didn’t carry one of the items that I paid for. Employees were very nice but Taco Bell needs to do better for their employees so they don’t put them in the predicament with customer paying for something that is not even carried at that particular franchise

A couple of the workers that work night are rude , if you don’t like your job don’t work there, if you had a bad day leave that at home , if I’m being nice I should recieve the same back , that girl working the drive thru needs a reality check, snobby and rude

After waiting in line for an hour, and specifically asking for unsweetened tea, I get home to discover that they give me sweet tea, when I try to call, the phone goes straight to a recording and cut me off. May not be going back if they can’t tell the difference between sweet and unsweetened tea then won’t answer the phone. I am hoping that the manager sees this, discusses it with the staff and then reaches out to me to make it right. I am diabetic and when I ask for unsweetened tea, that is what I want! Also, just discovered that they gave me regular Tacos with my combo when it was supposed to come with Taco Supreme. They need to get their act together. Extremely angry right now.

Spent $90 on dinner for my family tried to call them to make sure my order would be correct sense everytime I order something is messed up. Called 17 times and nobody would answer the phone. Got our food drove 13 miles just to eat there and guess what our 5 year Olds food wasn’t there and half my order was wrong.

I placed a mobile order and waited in line for about 20/25 minutes. The food was fresh and I don’t have any complaints. This is a newly opened establishment so long lines and a few mistakes are to be expected.

We got the toasted cheddar chalupa box’s and they where terrible aside from the chalupa shell being hard as a brick I modified mine for steak and the steak was cold, the cinnamon twist where so hard you couldn’t chew them and half the sodas in the fountain where out and where mainly carbonation, along with some of the workers where walking around the lobby talking to friends and cussing and not hardly doing there jobs at all, I’ve worked a lot of fast food in the past and I am not impressed with this establishment and will not be back they should’ve just left this one closed
