How are you out of sour cream yet still have stale tacos? 🙁 I have sour cream in my rv… quesdilla was cold and taco meat tastes different, not in a good way. It’s edible but not like your typical fresh taco bells..

It’s 7/14/22 around 6:15pm. I’m starving and not really in the mood for Popeyes chicken so I walk right past it to the Taco Bell. My intention was to order a big bag of tacos and some burritos. I see nobody at the counter. A voice from the tables in the customer section asks if I want anything and promptly advises me that they are about to “break down for closing”. I replied “no, I’m good!” and I walk back to Popeyes and get in the long line there to order chicken. I don’t really care that much for chicken but I was starving. The point is: I had two choices of restaurants… one was stacked with people and I walked past it to the one I wanted to order from… who had no activity at all! NONE! They where lounged and resting from a hard day of no Customers is my guess! It’s certainly not Taco Bell’s fault! The fault is in the management and supervision. What a waste!!! Bye the way, the Popeyes chicken isn’t bad at all! The service was stellar and I’m satisfied I will Never bother or disturb the fine folks at the Taco Bell located at the Matthew Missouri TA ever again! I can afford to eat wherever I please… won’t be them! Definitely will Not be them.

Super friendly, even though the menu was smaller than a normal taco bell, it was still very good, we went in and unfortunately only one person was working but she was super friendly. She got our order correct. For the people saying that the menu is small. It is because it’s not a normal stand alone taco bell. If you want cinnamon twists, go to a stand alone taco bell and not gripe at these hard working staff with no fryer.

I’ve been to this Taco Bell twice. 1st visit they were out of ground meat. 2nd visit they were out of steak then ran out of ground meat while I was waiting for my order. The 2nd visit was 2-3 hours before they closed so running out of meat this early is concerning. We all know they keep prepared meats longer than 1 day.

I don’t know why they call this ‘express’, they made no effort to fill the order as fast as a regular Taco Bell, much less faster. Most of the menu was missing and they lacked essential Taco Bell ingredients. They will also charge you double, it’s the only time I’ve ever paid $17 for two tacos and two bean burritoes.

As a former employee of Taco Bell I will say this is the best job I had ever had. As for the prices being high people must while the tacobell is there it is not run by the tacobell. That taco bell is run by the TA and as for the soggy food ik not sure what to say about it unless other employees aren’t heating the tortillas long enough. As for the half menu, once again remember that this tacobell is an express and we will not carry a full tacobell menu. As for the employees that are not seem washed that have quit or been released from work(fired). And for the taco being stuck to the wrapper(common sense here) cheese, we use a high heated steamer to melt cheese in quesdillas so it’s to most of the time be expected because cheese can melt through the tortilla, as for the soft tacos the cheese melts on the meat. Now a message to on coming customers, We do not and cannot carry a deep fryer thus making us unable to cook cinnamon twists, cinnamon bon bons, Mexican pizza etc, thus because because is a workspace.

Rip off alert!!! Not just a nickle and dime rip off… its a fifty-cent dollar rip off!!! Two of us had two items each and ice water. I got a few pennies back on a $20 bill. Asked for sour cream instead of the hotter sauce they use, on two items, up charged .80 cents each. No discount for removing the other sauce which is a sour cream base. Then charged .50 cents each for water. They said the water is free, but you must pay for cup…this dinky water cup that probably costs them a nickle. All I got from asking these questions was attitude… we can cancel the order and give you your money back. Their food wasn’t that great. Next time we’ll go to Popeyes instead and get a much better meal for that price!!!

Wow. I wish I read the reviews before I purchased food here. This location is like anti taco bell. The guys behind the counter were snarky and looked long term unwashed who barely exert enough energy to make the orders. The work stations were FILTHY. Once we received the food, it didn’t resemble anything Taco bell usually sells. The gordita tortilla was raw and doughy. Hard tacos were soggy and cold, soft tacos were stuck to the wrapper. We were sold old food. Never again

Not really sure what’s going on here, but the menu is a tiny fraction of the “standard” Taco Bell menu, the prices for the stuff they do have are 2-3x what equivalents cost at every other Taco Bell, the value menu literally does not exist here, nor do any of the combo boxes, and the location doesn’t appear at all on the mobile app. Is there maybe a delusional franchisee who has confused this gas station with an airport? Anyway, there’s another “regular” TB location not far off on 55/57, with full selection and typical TB pricing, so just skip this fake Taco Bell altogether. The staff at least seemed nice and “motivated” to talk me into ordering what little stuff they did have – too bad it was all meat based, as I am vegetarian.
