Ordered at kiosk and waited 15 minutes, staff walked around and said sorry for the wait we are training staff. Other customers that came in after us all had gotten their food. Had to go to front desk and ask power order was coming only to find out order had never been sent to the kitchen.

I live 2 minutes away and was excited. But after trying it out, waited 30 minutes for 2 bean and rice burritos and a cheese rollup, could audibly hear and see staff fighting, got home with my “fast food” whole order is wrong. Went back got it remade, and they forgot cheese on my burritos again. Threw it in the trash and left, will never go back, would rather drive 20minutes to any other location than this one. After all this, no attempted accomodation or even an apology.

For them to have just opened they got my entire order wrong what it says on the receipt they handed me is not how it came every taco had lettuce when we asked for no lettuce and it was more lettuce than cheese and meat the quesadilla had the wrong cheese than what we asked for my kids couldn’t eat it and was missing 3 burritos
