Love our taco bell, but recently the last couple of times we have been the chips are just covered in salt. Like make your tongue burn salty. So hopefully that gets resolved. Good food and always nice if they make a mistake and fix it.

Ok, so I made a $35 order over Taco bells app, when I went to pick it up since it said it was ready the worker said they’d check. I was standing their for around 6-7 mins give or take until what looked like the manager/owner asked what I needed, I told him I ordered over the app and he said they didn’t have a order under my name. I tried showing him my order but the app no longer had it visible to which he said there was nothing they could do. Sure I probably didn’t handle this the best but this location from the looks of it has more problems then this. Wouldn’t recommend to anyone and from now on I’ll just stick to the Taco bell over the bridge.

They was really busy. We went thru drive, we ordered two cheezy melt burrito and two chzy bean rice with no rice. We had to go inside because we wasn’t ready so when I did go inside I observed the lady who was in drive at front counter she had to call her manager but he was busy and a gentleman who appeared to be the gm there seemed agitated and very short with me because i couldn’t remember what I ordered he said he just gonna charge me the two bean and rice no rice burritos cus he thought the two other burritos went somewhere? Nor sure what he said he lowered his voices I told him well i still have to order something if it ain’t in there. I remembered what it was ordered two beefy melt burritos. He seemed annoyed I wanted to purchase them. I understand I work at jack in the box as a manager there’s so much you gotta do and to have to sit patiently while a customer is not ready can be annoying but as a restaurant gm he should be trained in thar position have be a little more patient and spend time with the customer you want that customer to feel welcomed and you glad they chose you outnof all places they could of went that made me feel like I was getting rushed through. Again he was still nice and at the end of the service I realized my two burrito were in the bag So I got extra. I got more food then paid for cus he was impatient cusnhe would of known by taking a second to look in the bag. Don’t get me wrong it was a great environment my only suggestion would be take a longer break get extra help to lighten the load or something calm down and take a look at your team let them do their job your customer is the reason you get that paycheck so focus on spending time with them don’t show them they just money you about to get just another profit for your books to show your store progress.

That was the worst experience and I hate to say worst but wow it was a train wreck. The management needs I am not joking or trying to be funny I am 100 worried for his mental health. I was asked to pull forward. There is such a small drive thru I thought I would be nice and go in to save them the trip out with my food. Instead I get yelled out to just stay in my car next time. It was never a good conversation. I was told to go kick rocks at one point. My wrap tasted great which was the reason I came in.

Do not order for delivery using an app. 9 out of 10 times you will not receive your drinks. They do not make sure that the order is complete before they release it.

Ordered my food went to the window proceeding to pay needed something taken off but still charged my account. I was smoking in my car and put it out as my drinks were being handed to me. the guy making my food was acting like the smoke was effecting him from the window to the kitchen witch was not possible and started to cough on my food that he was making the guy at the window closed it so he could tell him to stop he apologized. I handed the drinks back didn’t get any food nor did they put the money back in my account. I was shocked that a employee would purposely cough on food I have never experienced this before but with Covid and other stuff going around I feel the public should know. This is my first review that I’ve made and hopefully will be my last review like this
