Had an online order this evening. Order was supposed to be ready for pick-up at 6:27. My order wasnt complete until 6:50. 23 minutes late. I’ve worked fast food and know how chaotic it can be. However, there was 1 person in drive thru tonight. It’s not the whole crew of workers that are bad, just 6 out of 7 tonight. I wish I knew the name of the 1 guy there that was working hard and really seemed to care. If you’re in a hurry, Harrisonville Taco Bell would be the quickest, and that includes the drive to and from. This Taco Bell really should be shut down. The reviews speak volume.

Went to this location tonight and got several items. Had a cup of nacho cheese that was less than half full, taking only 4 chips to use it all (should have taken a before picture). Ordered a spicy potato soft taco that had exactly 0 potatoes on it. Finally, was given a chicken toasted cheddar chalupa that should have been ground beef. If they’re going to be that lazy, they should just close. Worst TB experience I’ve ever had.

Ordered Cravings Box, Drink Machine was under maintenance, so I asked for cinnamon twists to comp for the missing drink, didn’t get it. Crispy chicken taco was a mess, just lettuce and a crusty piece of breading. And no receipt was given.

The worst Taco Bell you’ll ever visit. Don’t waste your money. Didn’t get an item and when I tried calling they have no phone. Wasn’t going to waste the time driving back so the next time I went I brought it up and they wouldn’t honor the lost item. Unbelievable.
