I don’t even understand how this place is still open. New woman here I asked for an item without two things on it. She couldn’t find the button and had to ask questions so of course didn’t click them both. Then a man proceeded to look at me and tell me that I didn’t say that; whenever he was no where near me when ordering. Everytime I go here there’s always a run in somehow, basically a joke at this point. Place does not look clean, and sad to say neither do the people. Im sure hand washing isn’t even a priority. Me and many friends and family leave unsatisfied almost everytime. I understand being short staffed, but it takes no amount of people just for one employee to have some common sense. Asked to get my food fixed and after the rude employee telling me what I did/didn’t ask for, then I heard employees discussing me and my food. Honestly, fast food is difficult, recently worked two years in it, but NEVER would I have served and treated a customer like that. If zero was possible that’s what I’d rate this place. Recommend going the next town over for anything to do Kfc/Taco Bell.

Waited 40 minutes, cold food that was hard, no sauces, no lids pop had no flavor part from three and can’t custom order anything, the employees that work there kinda acted like they didn’t have any drive. But the air conditioner works…. It’s sad to see a franchise slowly lose faith in the community, not too good of a look on the head of the company. Please look into this further.

absolutely worst taco bell i’ve EVER been to. had to wait 5-10 minutes before anyone helped us. got the food, chicken was EXTREMELY hard, cheesy fiesta potatoes were old, and the mexican pizza looked/tasted HORRIBLE! service was horrible, very rude. definitely will not be returning!!

Parked 4-5 cars to keep drive thru times down. Thier drivethru times look amazing, they probably got a pat on the back. Meanwhile I sat in my car waiting for 20 minutes for 2 items.

If I could give 0 stars I would worst taco bell and service ever!!!. We went there last night for my daughter’s birthday and they forgot a lot of our food and then when my husband called them the worker started yelling at him to bring the food back. He told him we can’t bring back what we never received and then this guy started cursing and calling my husband names. Then the food we did get gave everyone a stomach ache. Needless to say I wouldn’t suggest anyone goes here worst service and food ever

WAITING. Ridiculous. I’ve come up here 3 time’s over the span of 2 years, 30 min wait each time… ON THE INSIDE. The bathroom is horrible, the one urinal has not been cleaned, the toilet stall latch is broken, the toilet itself… I don’t even wanna go into it. The problem is they have been understaffed for quite some time, but the employees while courteous and respectful have yet to get mine or my family’s order right. Unless the staffing problem is fixed, DO. NOT. EAT. HERE. I hope I can go back next year or 6 months from now and have a better experience.

The food was good, but the dining room was disgusting. I’m tired of staff shortage excuses, when the staff that is there is on their phones or take their sweet time at any task they do. I feel since the dining room was shut down for so long, they forgot how to clean it. There was only two “clean” tables, but they weren’t clean either due to the tables and chairs being sticky and looking like they were wiped down with a greasy cloth.
