Came through this evening and James was awesome. Rarely at midnight do you get the same level of customer service (or in this case even better) than during regular day time hours. Small things like “ma’am, you’re welcome, and thank you” go a long way. I’d hire him for sales in heart beat. Great representative.

Unbelievable. Not sure if she heard me when I said NO BEEF PLEASE ADD CHICKEN. Oh wait, I see pieces of chicken. They like to close early and claim their fryers are “down” when they don’t actually have any intentions to serve you near closing time. They want $15, but don’t want to work for it. I’ve been there, done that, but never expected anyone to carry me. Franchise needs to rethink management.

Every time I go or my daughter goes to get something, it’s ALWAYS WRONG!! I never go here bc it’s so bad! I always go to the one on Chipman Rd. Today, bc my daughter went and got us food. I ordered a Mexican pizza with sour cream… No sour cream or beef! Really!! IJCT!!

This store is pretty short staffed, so it took my mobile order a very long time to be ready. My food was made sloppy. You can tell it was rushed. Taste the same as usual, but the appearance was bad. I wanted to add to my order, but there was no associate to help me. They said if I needed to order, I had to use the kiosk 2 order because no one else was able to take it at the time. When i went to order on the kiosk, it did not have the item i wanted.

Taco Bell 291 probably the most consistent Taco Bell in town. They execute well, stay open late, staff is typically friendly. Drive thru layout isn’t too intrusive to traffic. Lobby has stayed open pretty consistently through the past year or so.

came through the drive thru a few weeks ago, me and my mom wanting a stake quesadilla come to find out there was hardly no sauce and cheese wasn’t melted, and i ordered a crunch wrap with NO tomatoes and come to find out there were. so if i was allergic to tomatoes and not knowing there would’ve been an issue
