this place has a bad roach infestation. the new GM absolutely horrible. i ordered from here a couple of nights ago and my order was wrong. i was completely ignored. the store itself looked disgusting. and the bathroom was definitely not cleaned and looked as if it hadn’t been for a while. i will not be coming here ever again. the store was better when matthew was the GM ♀️

We placed a online order at around 3 for drive thru. We got there and a guy told us the system was down and they were on the phone with corporate. Told him we have a mobile order and he said to come in. We get in and he’s yelling at one his fellow workers for cleaning the countertop because he was? There was three people working and he was being very rude to both of his fellow coworkers. The girl there was very nice and brought us our drinks and our food and was arguing with him because I guess he wasn’t doing his job. He cussed at her in front of us. It’s absolutely disgusting and embarrassing that someone like that is employed here. She told us he’s always like that. Taco Bell needs to do something about this man. I didn’t get his or her name. But as there was only 3 working at 3pm I’m sure it’s easy to narrow down. Im so sorry to this man’s coworkers that have to deal with him.

I’m sitting in the drive thur for 15 minutes in line to get to the speaker. And thats fine. But when I actually get to the speaker, the young girl says they are only expecting DoorDash. So because I took the time to dive here and wait myself and waste my gas I can’t even order? This is such poor service amd I can’t even get out of the line . So I’m stuck for another 30 minutes waiting to get out of this line. I want a manager to call me. I’ll take this up with your GM!
