This location has really improved. They used to be pretty disorganized and had a hard time finding quality employees. We ate inside today and it’s a night and day difference! There were two men and a woman working the front and they were like a well-oiled machine. Communicating back and forth about what order was what, what they were working on, and what else was needed, all while being respectful and showing that they really care about their job and their customers. You don’t see this anymore in fast food restaurants so I wanted to make sure I gave a review! Nice job!

I would usually pass this Taco bell location up. But it’s close to home, so I stopped and tryed it again. Usually the food is horrible. Actually, the order was a mess. But, when I went to complain the manager Aaron I believe his name was. He was great!! He made sure my order was corrected. No attitude or anything. I appreciated that so much. Even over the drive thru intercom he’s so nice and professional. The night staff here is the only reason I’ve return.

Ordered number 3, long story short. Cost$10.88, but I gave the drive thru$20 bill. Gave me my food and no change and no receipt. Manager says she have to pull drawer and count to see If there is$9 over in the drawer. I’m still at the window, haven’t moved. Manager need to be checked and employee need to be Fired. This is probably the worst Taco Bell in the KC metro area. Our wait was long even though we were the only person in line, and then we get our food and it contains little to no meat. They also forgot an item in a combo that contains 2 things and we found a used glove mixed in with our food. The manager said “I’m so sorry dude.” I’d rate it 0 stars if possible.

Had to change my rating based off of my last experience. I got there and the drink machine was down so I had to pay for everything separately instead of the combo price which cost me more than it should have. The wait was long and there were no complimentary drinks or anything for the inconvenience. Then I pulled around to check my order and both of my nacho fries bellgrande were tiny and just thrown in the box. I didn’t feel like waiting again so I just drove off.

It never fails I am ALWAYS missing my cinnamon twists, let alone either a taco or a beefy 5 layer burrito. let’s not mention the fact they NEVER fill the tacos……I have tried so many times over to give them a chance but I’m tired of the employees being so lazy sand inconsiderate. My husband and I went to get food last night, open sign on, cars in parking lot but 1 employee was mopping the kitchen as the other SAT IN THE LOBBY! No one EVER came to the mic, asked to help anything, so we drove 15 miles away to a taco bell that was posted as open online. Mind you it was 3:40pm and the OTHER Taco Bell and was MORE THAN Happy to help!
