We sat in line for easily 45 min. I even got out of my car to knock on the door to make sure they were aware that we were sitting there before 2am.

First waited in the drive thru, wasn’t moving. Waited a good 10-15 mins and never moved forward. There were about 5-6 cars ahead of me. Several cars behind me pulled up, waited and then backed up and left. I decided to back out and go inside to order. No one at a register and ordered on the kiosk. Several other customers appeared to do the same thing. Waited about 15-20 mins before my order was ready. The kitchen looked busy so I know they were swamped, but the dining room wasn’t very busy, and only 5-6 cars in the drive thru. Can only assume DoorDash, GrubHub and Uber Eats were hogging them down. One guy from the kitchen appeared to get an order to customers ahead of me and said he was the only one making our orders – assuming he meant eat-in and take out/to-go orders. Kind of an excessive wait for Taco Bell.

If you want a miserable job this is your spot! Some managers sit in the back on facetime with their friends while bossing 15 year olds basically running the store. The managers do the littlest work, make kids work their head off so that they can complain that the work they do isn’t good enough. Also, if you want the correct order I’d recommend going to the Taco Bell in Parkville.

The food was consistent with Taco Bell standards. The service, however, was disappointing and borderline unpleasant. I like to sit down and relax a bit when I eat out, so I pull up to this Taco Bell and try the door. It’s locked. I take a minute to read the multiple signs taped to the door and find nothing about the dining room being closed. As I’m reading, an employee walks by and yells that the dining room is closed. I ask if it is always closed, and she responds “yes staffing.” I decide to go thru the drive thru and eat in my car, so lame. When I get to the window, the same woman says she’s sorry, but they don’t have staff to open the dining room. I simply asked if it was closed every day or just today, and that sent her into a tirade that it would be so much more work to open the dining room, I attempted to ask another question but she cut me off before I could start. I don’t think they ever plan to open it again after listening to her. Too bad, I’ll never be going back.

Stepped up their game briefly but back to same ole same ole now. Also asked for mild & hot sauces and got hot & fire instead. Good thing I looked, this could cause a problem for someone that doesn’t. Be careful folks.

Floater in the toilet. The dining room was a disaster. Waited 10 minutes for my burritos. Listened to the employees yell about people not showing up for thier shift in the back while 4 people waited for service. Food was given to me on a dirty tray.

At least they were open . Taco Bell at Barry abd biard walk closed early . Taco Bell on North Oak is way better. Better food nicer employees. I ordered the same thing this visit as I did 4 days ago at Taco Bell on Vivion Rd. Vivion road value box for 5 bucks plus tax tonight almost $10.00 for burrito supreme with no tomatoes taco supreme and a baja blast. I will stick to Taco Bell on NorthOak or Vivion.

worst service, worst food. I order from Postmates. I asked for 30 packets of fire sauce. Because I bought enough to warrant. even asked the driver to confirm with them. she did. they even said they did. ZERO SAUCES. they think they are funny. Imagine how funny it’s going to be when I come in there in a few minutes for them and make them remake the entire order.

Got a couple of the build your $5 box the other day which is really cool but when we got our food there was almost no beef in it. I counted about 5 pieces of beef in both crunch wrap and even the five layer burrito was bare. I’m not sure if they ran out of beef or what.
