Worst Taco Bell I have ever been too. First my fiancé and I had to wait and we waited over 10 minutes. Tables are always ditty. It is 4:00 p.m. and only 2 small tables are clean. For some reason need your coat on to eat, it’s so cold in the lobby. The bathrooms smell like a dirty sewer and are not safe to touch anything. Food has been sloppy put together. This will be our last time coming to this location.

Taco Bell used to be my favorite restaurant and it’s still my 1st choice but mostly out of Nostalgia. My current trap supreme yesterday was cold two weeks ago my Taco pizza didn’t taste anything like it. Should it had red sauce? Didn’t have the chili cheese burritos like most taco bells, and my grilled cheese dipping taco didn’t have cheese fully covering it and was broke across the bottom of the shell. Other then that was great food.

I’m not sure how, but they managed to jack up a taco. The shell was not “crunchy “ but chewy. I don’t expect much from TB but even this old, white lady can make a taco and wrap it appropriately.

Went into this location on 2/4/23, multiple employees saw me standing in line for well over 15 minutes without even acknowledging me or letting the front line worker that there was a customer waiting. After I placed my order, 6 tacos, I waited another 20 minutes to get my tacos. Not only while I was waiting a line formed behind me in the lobby and they waited awhile also.

I ordered 60 worth of food and only got my tenders and soft tacos. I ordered chalupas and also ordered Doritos locos tacos and soft tacos. The bag was only soft tacos and if I ordered just soft tacos it would NOT be 60.00! The chicken strips were cooked beyond belief. I tried to call and complain and it looks like the phone is off the hook! The wait for all that food was also way too long! This taco bell constantly has problems and it looks like poor management too.
