I’ve been to more than one Taco Bell, but this one on Belt in St. Jo is by far the worst. The person that attempted to take my order was rude and argumentative with me and managed to mess up what was a very simple order. When he handed me the wrong drink, and I asked for the one I had ordered, he rolled his eyes and acted as if it was my fault. He also failed to give me everything I had ordered, but by then I was just ready to go. The service was not only poor but very slow. Maybe they could have gotten orders out faster if they didn’t stop to argue with customers.

I went there and ordered 3 Nacho Fries deluxe boxes. All three came without the chulupa in which I did not see cause they were boxes tell I got home. Then after calling they specifically said we will replace the chulupa that’s it and that was fine. Then the chulupa came and two had no sourcream and two came with almost no chicken. They would not even give us a order of cinnamon twists for making us go all the way out again. This is the worst order I have ever had here.

wish i could give negative stars, my boyfriend got 2 out of 7 items in his bag. came back and put him through a 45 minute wait just to get the rest. Made it seem like it was his fault that THEY forgot his food. Never coming back to this location if the service is going to be this bad.
