They employees were pleasant. I went through the dive thru, the parking lot was a bit rough in some places. The food was good but a bit thrown together a bit messy and they forgot to give me the sauce I asked for. Overall a pretty good experience.

Service was fine. Did drive through and they were quick. Taco meat was more a paste that was dripping water. That’s not unusual for a taco bell but it had an off taste. Definitely not as good as the taco bell nearby on south side on 54.

Beyond bad I’ve lived around the corner for years and really don’t want to drive across town for better service but tonight takes the cake ordered 8 burritos 2 were completely wrong and 3 of them with barely a thing in it…. Awesome definitely what you would expect I guess

YOU’VE GOT TO BE KIDDING ME. I’m not one to leave reviews and try to not complain too much but this is RIDICULOUS! I ordered my order on the app, and triple checked everything before checking out just to make sure. I take 10-15 minutes to get to the store. I still had to wait at the window just like I had ordered right there which defeated the purpose of ordering ahead of time. Got the wrong drink. Took them the whole time of me sitting there to get her attention to tell her it was the wrong drink just to get attitude and told to pull forward and wait again. Then I get home and one of my crunchy tacos is not in the bag, and the crunchy taco that is is basically nto even filled at all. The tiniest amount of meat and lettuce and sprinkle of cheese. I haven’t hadn’t taco bell in a long long time and now I’m reminded why. Just go somewhere else. OH and the dole strawberry lemonade quencher has no lemonade. It tastes like they forgot it and super watered down. The iced coffee also tasted old and burnt. I’ve never had an order with so much wrong. Also to add it was not busy at the time either.

Last two times I have been here they have completely forgot things in our order along with cups for our drinks. Repeat rude customer service by the same employee. This time waited for my food for 20 mins before they told me they didn’t have my order. Overall not a good experience.
