I just ordered a Burrito supreme with door dash and the only thing in the burrito it’s rice, lettuce. No beef, no tomatoes, no cheese. I guess they know I’m at the truck stop and I can’t get there so they can messed up the order.

I couldn’t tell if the late night staff had any training. I ordered a steak grilled cheese burrito and they turned it into a taco. Last I checked they don’t have a grilled cheese taco. The Employee in the drive through said I ordered a grilled cheese dipping taco. That’s not even a thing. I also ordered a hard taco with no lettuce or tomato and it was loaded with lettuce.

The worst TB food I have ever eaten. The chalupa shell was dried out, stale. The ingredients were lacking. I asked for fresh shells and received the shells from what appears to be from the same batch. Care factor by the limited staff was lacking. We intended to transfer ingredients into chalupa but realized we were in an old Wendy’s commercial: Where’s the beef!! Very disappointing.

The cinnamon twist taste like they were burnt. I couldn’t eat them and went to the counter and told them and they did nothing. The lettuce on my taco was ftozen, and the burrito was terrible. It was the worst meal I have ever ate at Taco Bell.

We sat in line for 30 minutes and completely missed our lunch break. We really didn’t even have time to eat. On top of that it was made completely wrong. Not just a little bit but a lot. Cheese quesadilla didn’t even have cheese on it. I don’t like to speak badly about Boonville restaurants but it’s gotten worse over the past 6 months. I would just say drive to Columbia for Taco Bell. At least that way you get what you pay for. Attached is a picture of a spicy potato taco with barely anything on it.

I ordered a cheesy Gordita crunch and two beefy melt burritos.. I got 3 bean burritos. The last few times I’ve been there it’s always short. The cowards won’t even answer the phone. They make what they want to make every time. Go elsewhere.
