So I don’t know if the Owners just don’t care. But I have never experienced good customer service here. Thier people who handle the window or guests from the get go.. just have none. Never smiling, never polite, never in a good mood. Hint to owners. If you want to be successful.. hire CUSTOMER SERVICE style people. They are the face of your business. If they look like they hate being there. Your customers feel it. They are what gets repeat business and they sure as heck don’t do that for you. Need to check your hiring practices. Don’t just settle for a body. You need a brand ambassador!

Who ever is hiring the people at this store you definitely need to be thinking about hiring new people! My fiancé went to get me food today and my burrito looked like it was eaten off of not including the rest of the order being messed up and tasting like the food had been sitting out since morning shift. I am personally reaching out to cooperate/owner to solve the problem! I was a manager in rolla Taco Bell’s and the way this was handled not including how they allowed the food to be handed out to customers was disgusting honestly just take that 25 minute drive to rolla much more worth it.
