I have an unhealthy obsession with Taco Bell and tend to eat there way too often, so when I say of the 50 Taco Bells I’ve eaten at this one does it best, I mean it. Since moving back to Missouri I’ve been in here or through the drive through at least a dozen times now and my order is always correct, staff are always polite and accommodating, store and lot are clean, and service is always quick. Hands down the best taco bell experience I have ever had. The gentleman taking orders forgot to add 2 bean burritos to the order. We offered to pay for them but he insisted that he would take care of them. Before we could turn around to walk to our table, the manager was putting the 2 extra bean burritos on our tray and asking if we needed anything else. I thanked them both. Folks this is how you do customer service! Thanks again for such a positive experience!

Whats the point of having a mobile app if it has a cap on the number of items it will allow you to order through it? I have a car full of kids it would be much easier to order all through the app instead of dealing with it at the window.
