This Taco Bell is much like all Taco Bells, it’s a place to order something quick and easy and not pay too much for something to eat. With all that being said I will say the best service at this location is definitely during the day time. I have had good customer service and good quality food more during the day time hours. In my experiences going here at night time the food isn’t always that fresh and more often than not the staff at night doesn’t seem really care how your experience is. So I avoid it at night, but would definitely recommend stopping by in the daytime if you’re craving some Bell and are in the area during the day!!

We have tried this location multiple times thinking it was just an off day. Nope. Food is always wrong. Literally, every item, every time. This last time was the last time. We turned around to have them correct the order, only to get home to have the order still wrong. Drinks were even nasty. This location needs to be closed or needs a serious management/franchise owner change.

Staff has poor customer service skills, and an I don’t care attitude. Three times was nit the charm. Order was incorrect each time. We gave them 3 chances yo make it right on 3 different occasions. The restaurant was so dirty. I would not sit at a table to wait for my corrected order.

Ordered at the kiosk sat there for 20 minutes and then someone came to the front and said I’m guessing you ordered and you want your food didn’t get my food for 50 minutes seven people working behind the counter and they said they were short-staffed I ran a Jack in The box with two people. It doesn’t take two people to drive through and six people at the food prep counter 50% of them were standing around anyways

Cold disgusting food. Ordered a beefy melt burrito and all they put in it was rice beans and a very small amount of beef. My potato soft taco was so carelessly put together it was honestly funny. The cheese was not even spread inside the burrito it was just lazily clumped onto it. i had to open the burrito and spread it myself. Somehow my potato soft taco was both overcooked and cold. Never returning from this taco bell ever again

Literally the most trash Taco Bell ever!! I’ve given then many tries and the screw up or serve nasty food every time. I’ve wasted money at this location and time. They need to just shut that place down and quit trying. That would do better for Ozark than serving this trash.

Ordered at 12:50 am and eta was 1:31. I was checking the order tracking and it said that it was only received and not being made. It said this the entire time, I didn’t think much of it at first cause I thought maybe they just didn’t update the tracking. I went to call to see if they received it just in case. Called 3 times and not once was I able to speak to someone. They answered the phone then immediately hung up. Horrible service. Do better.

Didn’t even want to give it a star rating . Waited 30 mins for a hard taco and a burrito wich took up all our lunch break time. Ever since they put in the self order screens. This place has become a nuisance . It takes 3 times longer to get your order . This location is not worthe the money or time to eat at.
