I arrived at the drive thru and paid thirty dollars to wait 27 minutes. When i opened my food to ensure it was all there, and an entire taco fell apart in my lap due to it not being wrapped correctly. Then i opened my quesadilla and it fell apart and was incorrect. My husband went inside to have it fixed and was ignored by the same worker four times. Apparently they fixed the quesadilla, but when i arrived at home, it had ZERO sauce on it. Who wants a DRY quesadilla? How do you continually mess orders up here? So needless to say, i didn’t get any dinner. Just AWFUL!

My Chipotle southwest grilled chicken burrito wasn’t grilled and that was disappointing. The staff was nice enough, but I didn’t realize I had a cold burrito until we were down K7 and I wasn’t turning around at that point.

I love eating there, mainly cuz I support the Workers for trying they’re best, cuz I’ve been in they’re shoes and I cannot blame them if they even mess up my order or I’ll have to wait longer. You’re probably looking at the Reviews and Star Ratings and see a lot of Angry Karen and Karl Customers getting mad at the Employees, if you can understand that the Workers try every day to satisfy you, then you’ll know how painful it is to work there, I met Ryan the Worker who people call Bryan apparently? He’s a Hardworking Father of two Beautiful Little Girls, he’s a College Student which shows true dedication since he’s doing this for his Little Girls, you can’t blame a Fast Food Worker for trying, if you can’t understand that True Dedication, then you shouldn’t be writing Awful Reviews of the Workers who are actually working for something. On Friday I tipped Ryan $20 and just seeing his reaction was priceless since I know how it feels working there, I worked 3 Fast Food Jobs to support my Dad’s illness and my Mom passed away when I was only 15 years old. #customersatisfaction

If I could give Zero stars I would. First the guy at the window decided to round my change up for the KFC foundation didn’t ever ask. Just went ahead and did it. What tipped me off was my order is never an exact doller amount and the car behind me when I was paying I heard him tell them the exact same total as me. I looked at my receipt and seen it. Then I always order the Nachos bel grande and request for my chips and the toppings separate because I have a ways to drive home and don’t want the chips to be soggy. I order with no tomatoes and ask for guacamole and chicken added which I pay extra for. MULTIPLE TIMES I get home and only have nacho cheese chicken and guac… No beef, no beans, no sour cream. This time I had enough and drove all the way back to ask for it to be made right. The manager at first tried to say I had a power bowel. Do what?? No I explained I had a nachos bel grande and wanted everything else just minus the tomatoes he fixed my order finally but this is rediculous. I’m done with this taco bell. I’ll drive out to the legends. The manager has been the same one for yrs and does not have a grip on this establishment. Even after he gave me my fixed order he was riding and reminding his employees to push the KFC foundation donation. No wonder the kid in the drive thru just rounded my order up w/out asking. He didn’t want to be hounded about people not wanting to donate. Won’t be returning.

Awful service, they never give customers the full order and they argue with anyone who tries to get the rest of their food. They never answer the phone, so you can’t call them if they messed up your drive-thru order (which they absolutely WILL mess up your drive-thru order, guaranteed).
