My fiancé and I stopped going to this Taco Bell for a reason and I should know this. Went through the drive through at 10:15pm tonight. We were rushed to order (there was one car behind me). One girl in particular was rude, wasn’t told they didn’t have ice ( was just given a hot lemonade) I had to ask for a receipt and to top it off the messed up our order. While waiting for our food another customer commented on the girls poor attitude as well. The name Hannah G is on my receipt but unsure of the name of the two ladies that I to deal with. We will now continue to go to the one off state.

Took my family to Taco Bell for lunch today. We’re missing several items from our order. Most the items we did receive were messed up and broken. The woman taking our order was very pushy and impatient. Even though we were the only customers in line.

Tragic. Missing items, broken tacos, and a manager with an attitude problem. Went through the drive thru and was rushed and cut off. Ordered two combos and two extra items. Got home to find all of the tacos but one broken to the point that they were nachos and missing multiple times. We called the manager to see what we could do and she wanted us to drive 20 minutes back only to replace the missing items after first stating the she put the order together and it was correct. Having a toddler who needed a nap this was not an option which apparently upset her because she was very unprofessional and had a terrible attitude regarding the whole ordeal. We ended up having to contact corporate. Will be picking a different location in the future.

Ordered 3 things 2 of which the same. Didn’t get any of my order right. They were close but not right which leads me to believe that not wrong order just not getting details correct. Example…chicken soft taco with ck, cheese sour cream x2. Got ck soft taco with lettuce, tomatoes, no sour cream…. Then ordered bean cheese burrito with sour cream and got some sort grilled cheese burrito. Spend to much $$ to not get what I order

Service has progressively been getting worse at this location. The lobby hours seem to change all the time. Food is just thrown in the bag (my most recent order included an order of fries that were just thrown upside down into the bag). I’ve never so much as seen a smile or heard a pleasant word from a single employee. Orders aren’t even fully complete with bare essentials (just ordered a power bowl and they did not put in a fork; when I called they said I would have to go back through the busy drive-through instead of having someone come up to the front of the store to deliver a single fork). This specific location has been nothing but a disappointment every time I visit.

The staff at this tacobell are AWFUL. Literally the worst. I picked up a mobile order, they tried to give me one bag, when clearly the order was huge and not one bag worthy. I tried asking if this was all of the food and the girl with the glasses copped an attitude and said “Yup. Thank you bye. “

If you want a table spoon of beef per taco order away. Manager very polite but no solution was offered. They admit they got a smaller “scoop” and have raised the prices while lowering portions. Also you get “one pinch of cheese” and “two pinches of lettuce”. Will not be back! Every taco was like this.

We specifically stopped to have taco bell before going to a sporting event due to a coupon that we received for a 12 pack taco pack. When we arrived no one would help us and we waited quite a while for a employee to take our order. We had other patrons recommend to use the kiosk because no one would help them either. Unfortunately since we had a promotion we were forced to wait for someone to acknowledge us. Once we did we asked to upgrade our meal to have dorito taco shells and would pay the difference since the coupon indicated surcharges would apply if we upgraded to doritos. They informed us that they wouldn’t be able to do so and we were welcome to purchase the doritos tacos separately and forfeit the coupon. We decided to go with the original and the gal walked off while glaring at us and never returned to complete our order. We then had to place the rest of our order on the kiosk because again we were being completely ignored with dirty looks. The food was fine but the service was terrible. They advise they are proud partners with KC Sports but we were treated poorly despite doing a promotion thru KC sports. I do not recommend this location unless you enjoy jumping thru hoops and being disrespected with your family.

My wife and I love taco bell, haven’t had many issues out of the taco bell in the legends however tonight was quite a shock and disappointment. We ordered two deluxe boxes and a regular box. The regular box was fine however my box was missing the supreme soft taco. My wife was missing her chicken chalupa (yes we paid extra) and we also ordered the truff fries which was completely made wrong. We ordered it without tomatoes and with steak, instead we got hamburger meat and tomatoes. We order without tomatoes for my wife due to her allergies and that was completely ignored. Overall…very dissatisfied.

The staff were being very rude cussing and yelling at each other very loudly. My wife and I were kicked out of the establishment as well as a few other people and told to just eat some place else. The food itself was not cooked in anyway it was cold and made completely wrong. As well as not getting our full Oder. Not coming back. Don’t eat here.
