Placed a mobile order. Pulled into drive thru to pick up the order. The window employee forcefully tossed the bag of food out the drive thru window at my husband. She threw it so hard the bag ripped and my husband barely caught the bag. The employee then slammed the window shut. No greeting, no thanking us for our visit. She was completely unprofessional. My taco was supposed to be a supreme taco, but it was a regular taco.

I ordered a deluxe cravings box, and I modified a couple items. I chose a chalupa with the seasoned beef instead of chicken and I paid extra for a Doritos locos taco supreme. But when I got my food I got a normal Doritos locos taco and I got a chalupa with chicken. It also took the staff several minutes before they even started making my order because they were chatting with people they knew in the lobby, both of the people in the kitchen were.

It’s a Taco Bell/KFC combo and unlike most of those has each side completely separate. There is an actual KFC and separate Taco Bell. The facade is pretty cool looking, too. Worth it just to see that. I’m guessing the somewhat upscale location demands a little more high end style on the outside at least. The food was decent. Chipotle Ranch burrito was cooked right and the nacho fries tasted good and were crispy. That’s not always true. They are clearly managed well enough to change the grease regularly. The staff was friendly.

I ordered a Chile Verde Fries burrito, which should have been vegeterian. However, I realized it had steak inside as I was eating it. I went through the drive through again and asked them to clarify as I thought I ordered a vegeterian friendly iteam. They told me to pull up to the window and they would remake it. The women at the drive-though window asked for the wrong burrito back, so I handed it to her. When she comes back to the window with the new burrito she said, “next time don’t eat half the burrito before you ask for a new one.” I told her I took a few bites before I noticed it had steak, but I definetly didn’t eat half. I wouldn’t want to since I’ve been a vegeterian for 10 years. Then she says, “we opened the bag and we saw that you ate half it. I’m just telling you don’t eat half next time.” She went on to say this a few more times when I tried to explain the situation. First off, it is very unsanitary that they would request a burrito that has already been eaten of off in the first place. Opening it and going through it in a kitchen where food is being made is even worse. Plus the comments made by the worker were completly rude and unnecessary. It was like they were trying to shame me for saying something about getting the wrong order. She was also being very confrontational when I was very friendly about the whole situation.

Got my order wrong. Placed a drive through order for 2 vegan black bean chalupa. Recieved only one that too with cheese and sour cream. When in the receipt its written no cheese no sour cream. Also the food was cold.

Honestly, the KenTaco has the nicest interior of any fast food place in town. The food is exactly what you’d expect and service is prompt, but the atmosphere and options provided here make it a family favorite.

It’s half taco bell and half KFC. Really nice inside. You have to order from a kiosk. The person who handed me my food just put it on the counter and walked away. Sure it’s taco bell but a little simile and a thank you go a long way in the customer experience department. At this point you might as well get a conveyer belt and save on some labor cost.

This was the KenTaco (formerly KenTacoHut) and you ordered via kiosk in their lobby. I understand the convenience of the kiosks but it’s so impersonal. The food was fresh tho and it came out quickly.
