Normally I am always happy with my order (I know is late and all) but tonight, they dropped the ball. I order a lot of food ($40) and changed 1 item meat to steak for my chalupa, (not even 3 ozchampagne, counted the pieces and there were 6). Plus they forgot one item on one of the boxes. Glad I didn’t have to tip.

Christian was a great help we went threw the drive threw, ordered food for my whole family. An Christian was nice as can be, he asked us for sauce and gave us plenty! They did miss our Cinnabon delights, so we went back a Christian helped us out again to fix the situation. he did an amazing job! Couldn’t ask for a better service! Thanks to Christian.

I went in tonight at 11 just wanting some cheap taco bell burritos cause your girl just got off work and doesn’t want to cook. I try to go to the one on 18th and they’re out of everything but my guys working tonight hooked me up with plenty of sauce and exactly what I ordered! These guys were funny and deserve raises!

Taco Bell is like a wild adventure for your taste buds! It’s the place where culinary boundaries are pushed to the limit… and beyond. Trying to figure out what’s actually inside their tacos is like deciphering a secret code. One minute you’re tasting beef, the next, it’s like you’re eating a spicy unicorn. But hey, who cares about the mystery meat when you have a whole orchestra of flavors exploding in your mouth? the night time manager lacks customer service skills. we had some poorly made tacos last night that my friend took in (per their request) to exchange for a new properly made taco and the night time manager took an extreme offense to the ordeal and called my friend a liar, made her wait outside for her new food and threatened to call the cops before she made it outside to wait. Not to mention the bystander instigating the whole ordeal, the manager was talking disrespectfully the entire time to them about what was happening while it was still happening! Very distasteful, it’s not that hard to make a decent taco. 1/10 experience, might be time for retraining

This taco bell is the worst… every night they turn all the outside lights off to appear closed. People are not stupid and still get in tje drive thru. Food is always cold half cooked or old. Employees right by tje doors smoking which is against health code its 50 feet from the building…
