Neither one of the locations in Derby KS are ever open as late they advertise. Even if their open sign is on, their employees do not respond or take orders. That being said, when you can get service, this one is usually fresh, fast, and accurate. Just wish they wouldn’t get my hopes up for late night fuel.

My order got messed up. It happens. That’s not the issue. The issue is the rudeness and incompetence of the lady I requested help from. She took it without looking at it. 2 minutes later, she came back with the same one and opened it up in front of me, and said nothing was wrong with it. Expected me to take it back. I’m sorry. No. That’s nasty. I just watched her finger through it. I request she remake it as politely as I can muster at this point. A man comes back with an obviously remade one. Thankfully. But, I got pretty sick after eating here this day. I won’t be returning to this location. Or maybe any. I’m just a bit put off. I have never experienced this at Taco Bell before. Sad, but… no.

Mexican pizza and nacho bell grande. I ate Mexican pizza that night took nacho bell grande home headed it up had like .25 of it and daughter finished it up…kids eat more than I do anymore…since gastric bypass surgery but I kept it down just avoiding red sauce….

I’ve tried so many times to go back, and I am severely disappointed. I tried once again and had the same result the food was made wrong like always and mashed in the bag and was of poor quality in taste. Taco Bell back in the day was awesome, but unfortunately, not anymore.

Ordered on door dash. The Taco Bell employees didn’t give our dasher our full order. Dasher pulled up with the food and I noticed it wasn’t right. Dasher called and Taco Bell employee said they’d remake our order. Then dasher got there and they told her they couldn’t make. So we never received our full order. :/

Cant order online then pay at a register with cash. The menu online doesnt say its only an online offer so when you look online before going to try to have everything ready and not keep others in line waiting you dont know until you try to order that it’s not actually on the in-store menu. So then it takes longer trying to figure out what to order.

Good food. Nice staff. Did order our food before a wrestling team arrived. They came in the door right as we were ordering. About 15 people. Well, we got our food after All 15 of them got theirs. They didn’t intentionally do it. But come on. Have some awareness of what’s going on.
