The best Taco Bell experience I’ve had. There were only two workers in the place when we went through the drive thru today. It was busy, and we still didn’t have to wait any longer than usual. Our food was stuffed full of fillings, all items were accounted for, and it was all delicious. I applaud the two people working tonight!

Made an order through the app and they wouldn’t give the food to my son when he went to pick it up. They were very rude to him. When I went in they said it had been ready. So, my food was cold. Additionally, when we order 3 different cravings boxes, we would like the items in the correct box. We often order them go to different places. I shouldn’t have to sort my orders. Because 1 item from each order is in each box.

We waited for 40 mins in the drive through line. We got to Taco Bell at 11:15p and they close at 12p. We waited and waited it was 11:50p by the time we got to the speaker and they decided to close on us without speaking to us. Just shut off the lights. I think that is very ridiculous and unprofessional. Especially since we have been waiting almost an hour to order. Very disappointed. I didn’t think businesses could close early nor decline business like that.

Very disappointed in this Taco Bell! Every time we eat here, they refuse to take your order at counter, you have to use a kiosk. Last time we ordered, we waited 45 minutes on our food. Also the manager yelled cuss words at the employees, later came and apologized, then put a sign on the door saying lobby was closed! Mind you this was 12:30 in the afternoon. I saw lots of customers leave cause lobby wasn’t open! I live in Moundridge and def would choose McPherson over newton with their Taco Bell

This place is struggling. Food is generally pretty good and I will defend the quality and the price till my dying day. You might wait 20min for your food or 3min. Staffing issues are hitting them hard. They can’t seem to keep the dining room open. This is a huge issue for families with young children. We have learned to spot the white “dining room closed” paper driving by at 40mph as we drive to the competition. The ordering kiosks are fine if you are not a senior or don’t have a special order. Combining the drive thru person and the dine in ordering person is a sad situation but again…Staffing problems. I would far rather they keep the dining room open even if it wasn’t spotlessly clean. Hopefully in the future things improve. This place is huge part of my childhood.

Staff was so rude to my son. He went in to pick up our food from grab and go and they wouldn’t give it to him. Now we’re late for the thing we needed to get to because they couldn’t be bothered to give my 11 year old his order for 10 minutes. Pathetic.
