So I do not advise red sauce on anything unless you want to throw up after gastric bypass surgery I ate half a bean and cheese burrito and I was sick from the red sauce. I am left not wanting taco bell as it turned to hell by the sauce …. learned lesson and I can’t do hamburger meat too greasy to make sick too the fat content is high. So needs less great or try chicken to make it work …. but my body is highly sensitive to what it will take its always fats that set me off more than sugars. But dump syndrome is real and it sucks but I can not do anything g spangles I’m done trying after throwing up twice im good. So this is a bit questionable as a choice after gastric bypass however I can do taco shop ok. It’s interesting that the high fat content makes ya sicker….

The employee that served me my food had a bit of an attitude problem. When I got my food it had like 3 sauce packages, and my husband and I need at least 2 for each burrito and we had 2 each. When he saw me still sitting there, he flew open the window and asked what I wanted in a very rude tone, as if I was inconveniencing him. I asked for more sauce, and he responds “there’s already sauce in the bag”. Again, this was said with a very rude tone. I would say that this man needs some additional training on how to handle customers, and if a customer asks for more condiments, don’t be defensive, just hand the customer some extra sauce.

I stop about twice a week. Power Bowl. Extra lettuce, add jalapenos. Last 2 times NO JALAPENOS. Today, no extra lettuce. I should have checked before driving off but I had to get home. Once, ok, twice not happy… a third and I’ll have to find something else.

This Chain is loosing ground in my opinion. There seems to be more priority placed on new menu items than maintaining the good classic Mexican food that most of us want. No more taco salads, taco burgers, enchiladas, or enchiritos on the menu. The taco pizza is nothing more than a double shell tostada. The cheese wrap is a joke. The lobby is often locked up & closed due to lack of employees. It’s a shame to see happen- used to be much better in days past. Hope someone at corporate Wakes up.
