If they’re “open until midnight,” then they need to have all food available up until midnight and THEN start their closing duties!!! Not have the whole store already wrapped up and cleaned and everyone ready to go home right at midnight. That’s terrible customer service and I hope corporate is ashamed that this is happening. I’m a regular at this location and the food and drinks are usually good but this experience really ruined this location for me.

Workers were extremely rude to me during ordering drive thru that I ended up leaving. I have never had customer service be rude to me especially when I was simply asking questions about the ever changing menu. When I was there in the evening, the young black lady behind the counter was quite literally screaming and yelling to her coworkers. She wasn’t fighting them, but she did have a very loud way of communicating. The food and service was good!

The dining room wasn’t open, but there was no sign on the door indicating that, so I walked up to the door only to find it locked. I went through the drive-through and got my food. When I got home and started to eat it, I opened my taco, and it was smashed. The food tasted good, but the service was lacking.

I used to go to this location all the time to get nasty tacos for my family whenever they really crave Taco Bell until the staff and service has been awful recently. The staff has gotten ruder and seem to not care about the customers or not wanting to be in the establishment. They always close early too, the earliest they closed was about 6pm when I arrived. This location also keeps running out of menu items such as taco shells or every selection of meat. Someone who is operating in the food truck needs to order enough supplies if you want to keep serving customers. Along with the staff needing to fix their attitude. Otherwise other locations in Wichita are the better option.

It’s Awfully convenient That their computers are always down 45 minutes before closing time. Now I have to drive across town in order to get Taco Bell it never fails that the somehow there computer system is always down anytime Between the hours of 11 to 12.

This location has poor service, is out of one thing or another, and has ridiculously long wait times, every single time. I love Taco Bell and this is the closest location to me, so I come here fairly often. Tonight I ordered ahead in the app, only had 2 cars ahead of me in the drive thru, and still sat in line for a total of 21 minutes to get 3 tacos, 1 quesadilla, and 1 drink. After tonight I have decided it would be a lot faster to just drive the few extra minutes out of the way to different location from now on.
