Pretty good. They were fast and food was fresh. Having visited recently I had some of the worst service I believe you can have, the employee working the drive-thru seem to get really angry or when I ask for the sauce that they had forgot to put in the bag. She grabs a bunch of packages of sauces and just about slams them into my hands, dropping several on the ground during this process. I asked if she was okay and she told me she was just really stressed which I understand but not good service for the customers

Food was made poorly – tacos were falling apart in the paper. I paid for a large drink, but the store only had medium cups. The drink station was terribly messy (water and soda all over the counter). We were only allowed to order via the touch pad ordering stations, and even 1 of those was not in working order. I understand they are understaffed- the sign at the counter when you enter is not necessary- its obvious. We weren’t greeted at all, everyone was working in the back.

As an restaurant, Taco Bell’s food never disappoints. However, this location is always a little on the slow side. Most recently it was 13.5 minutes from the time ordered to getting my order. In the drivethru. Food was still great though.

How does this location continually find new ways to screw up nearly every order? Asked for no beans because I can’t eat them. Oh well, it has beans anyways. Supposed to have supreme tacos, which I paid for. They weren’t. I asked for sauce, they forgot it. They forgot to even give me my drink so I had to wait for the employee to finish chatting with another employee to finish getting what I paid for. This location is flat out terrible. Either the employees aren’t trained or simply don’t care. Either way, it’s embarrassing for everyone there.

Worst Taco Bell around metro, staff is a bunch of little kids. Food is barely edible, seems to be old or undercook they reheat. I know any manager in Omaha would freak out over a location this bad. all the general managers in Omaha have higher standards.

Terry the Mgr on duty decided to wash dishes instead of complete the 4 inside orders that had waited over 25min for orders. The drive-thru labe was working at 2 min per customer aprox….we counted 16 drive-thru orders went out before ours was started 25min later..and there were orders before ours inside! He never apologized, just said I have someone make your orders….?!?!?! Last time for all 4 customers there while we waited to go back to this store, including us.

They need more training on how to make the actual menu items correctly. There’s a bit of throwing what ever into them, not following what was asked for by the customer. I’ve been there 2 times this week, it’s been a problem to get what you really ordered each time. No receipts are given even if asked for ahead of time. I needed it for work exspenses and to give a review for the help I received. This is a way of avoiding the reviews I think, they think might not be great.

Never open when they are supposed to be. No one takes your order at the front when you go in, you have to order at the kiosk. There were customers waiting when I went in this morning. They are not open as late as they advertise as well. Food is usually fine, just very unimpressed with the customer service.
