I came here tonight for a quick dinner. I was very hungry and had gone all day without eating. There’s about three cars ahead of me in the drive-through. I used the app to order online which I really enjoy doing. I like it because I can order exactly what I want and how I want. The rate was well over 30 minutes. I’m not sure if they were short staffed but it sure didn’t feel like it. There was even a few people waiting inside the store. The employee at the window was incredibly nice she was sincere about the situation. She decided to give me some coupons for a return visit. She apologized about the way and sent me with a good night. My view from the drive-through window look like the kitchen was a little bit and dismay. Regardless the food was good as could be and it’s what I expected. This Taco Bell is probably in the most nearest in Omaha metro. It looks completely modernized and up-to-date. Overall I would definitely return. Hopefully the throughput will be a lot faster.

Food is sloppy. I have been in the fast food industry and I understand it’s not the best of a work place sometimes but that doesn’t mean you give less of yourself to your job. Plus the fact that you should pay attention to the fact that your facial hair should be covered. Disgusting.

They close early almost every night, the people working are almost always rude. And the food is worse than every other Taco Bell I’ve ever been too. They put no effort into making any of the food. The orders are usually wrong. I should have learned my lesson the first time I came to this location but I kept coming back being that it’s 3 minutes from my home, but I’d rather make the drive to a different Taco Bell even if it’s across town. They should really learn to hire people that actually want to make people somewhat satisfied.

It’s 9:00 at night and somehow there store keys landed in our bag of food …reminder we ordered at the drive through. She blamed the keys in the bag from sitting next to sauce packets…and that’s a lie we had no sauce packets in our bag.

Every time I go here the lobby is closed vs what the lobby hours are. Looks like they have plenty of people working. It’s like they don’t want the business or it’s an inconvenience for them. I let other people at Menards know not to waste their brake even trying to go here. Don’t even waste your time on this location. Go to Margaritas or the Taco truck across the street.
