I went there and ordered a na ho bell grande no sour cream or beans order was made with extra beans no meat,I go back get it remade only to have extra meat and extra beans on I’m the only customer so how is the order made wrong 2 times are you serious. Now their phone just rings what a horrible place to eat at. I’m dissatisfied in every single way .

I went through the drive- through after 1030pm. I believe the GM was working the drive through window with limited staff on site. He was very pleasant, courteous, helpful, and friendly! Service time was reasonable. Food was delicious! Hot, fresh, and satisfying! Thanks for your hard work and dedication!

Food came as ordered. Ordered by kiosk and went up to retrieve it. Was uninterrupted and dining room only had a couple tables to be bussed, cleaned up so I didn’t really require much for service and atmosphere, I knew where I was. Food was hot and well boxed

Worst experience ever! Systems were down so they asked us if we could pay with cash. We agreed but didn’t realize that we’d have to wait in line for 25 miserable minutes in the drive thru line. Not blaming the hourly paid workers of course but management obviously sucks across board at Taco Bell…this wasn’t first such experience.

absolutely abhorrent staff members, the manager was rude when i came in to grab my order and attempted to pick up extra sauces from the lobby. i was stared down by the rest of the staff until i left the facility.

It’s Taco Bell. That’s about all you need to know. The service was good at this location and the food is what you expect from Taco Bell. If I could give half stars I would have given them a 3.5. It is an above average Taco Bell location.

Taco Bell is notorious for being bad. But 90th and fort location is a joke. They burned me hard years ago and I gave them a try again, just as bad. Jesus Christ.

This is something that consistently happens at this location. Anytime I get some sort of meal I get the extra taco as a soft shell supreme, which on DoorDash costs 96¢ extra (I cannot drive because I just had wisdom teeth surgery and am on very high dosage of pain meds), so I DoorDashed and they are constantly not giving me the supreme taco that I pad for.
