this taco bell slays, the service is always on point. and they LOAD up your tacos. They are NOT skimping you out on anything, like the other taco bells. I’m a sauce girly, and when it comes to taco bell, I LOVE me some good fire sauce. I get so sad every time my taco bell forgets my sauce. I can proudly say that this taco bell has NEVER forgotten my sauce. they always remember to give me utensils and napkins. LOVE LOVE LOVE

Terrible employees, the dine-in was closed but they didn’t make an effort to make it known so I accidentally walked in thinking it was open and then there was two employees seated doing nothing but looking on their phones, one of them rudely said “We’re obviously not open!”. Here is a helpful tip for these employees, maybe you should lock the doors and put up a sign if you are going to close your dine-in area.

Eating here is hit or miss… You never know if it’s actually open. Lazy employees or bad management? Even when I called the guy on the phone lied and said they closed early but was actually open. Need to start complaining to owner and corporate about how this Taco Bell is giving the restaurant a bad name.

We have attempted to dine in at Taco Bell in Hastings so many times the past few years and it’s never open! Yesterday (6/23/23) people were dining inside but the doors were locked. A customer let us in but the lady at the counter said she was letting those people eat but nobody else as she didn’t have the staff. It was 1230 p.m. This is absolutely ridiculous! Come on Taco Bell – figure it out!

According to this Google account tb is open till midnight. Its 5 till 10 and it’s closed. If staffing is an issue update the open/close times on here to avoid angry would be customers yea? Very disappointing. Hope they get it figured out.
