If you want okay food go before 4pm. Anytime after that the chances of your food being correct and fresh are slim. I order nachos and they forget the chips pretty much every time! Also the nacho fries are NEVER fresh, always old and cold when they have them!

I went thru the drive through on today and the service at the window was horrible. I ask for the name of the young lady with the terrible attitude and rather than give me a name, I was greeted by Dillon no last name who identified himself as the manager. I informed him that I would park and come inside to speak with him. After explaining the experience I received at the drive thru. Dillon seem clueless. This is horrible and I now understand why. This store is in need of manger who can manage and train associates how to properly execute Taco Bell service and values.

Very unfriendly and unconcerned, and slow staff. Atmosphere in disarray, poor service and inaccurate orders. The staff behaved very unprofessionaly with vulgar and loud talk among themselves. They showed a total unconcern for the customers and seemed more interested in getting off work and out of there. The food was poorly prepared and made me I’ll for several hours. This is a sad representation of the Taco Bell chain. This location is forever dubbed Taco Hell in my mind.

Horrible it was 5pm on a Friday I was the only person inside I waited 9 minutes and listened to several personal issues being discussed loudly there was that I could see at least 6 employees 2 of which actually we’re working. I ordered 6 taco Supremes I recieved 1 taco with only a half a taco shell another one with only 4 tomatoes another with 2 tomatoes and 3 slivers of cheese. I called repeatedly with not one time an answer until Saturday afternoon. The MOD was a woman named Nicki that was extremely polite and offered several apologies for the quality of food I received and also immediately said she would gladly give me my order again the next time I came in. I applaud her skills as a manager and for her quick polite response to my FAILED experience at what was my first visit to her Taco Bell.

The tacos were mainly lettuce but one of the girls in the drive thru made up for it. I asked her if I could order another cherry bliss freeze at the window because I initially ordered a small one to try it out and I wanted to get a large one. She told me that she couldn’t do an add on at the window but she made a large one and she just gave it to me for free. Also I really appreciated the fact that they weren’t hard up with the napkins and taco sauce That was pleasant to get a little bag full of napkins and sauce lol.

Went to pick up dinner on 01/17/23. They gave us the wrong order or wrong food entirely. For instance, ordered a chulupa box with Dorito taco and chips with nacho cheese dip. Got the Dorito taco and nacho cheese dip. No chulupa and no chips. All together we were missing 2 culupas and the nacho chips. We ended up with 7 burrito supremes. 9/10 times we go they give us stuff we didn’t order or we are missing items. They need to get off their phones and stop being silly throwing hot sauce packets at each other. Pay attention to the teleprompters so you give the right items to the right customers.

Okay I’m not gonna lie I waited for about 10 minutes, it felt like forever to wait on food. However everything was so good! My burritos were actually hot/fresh, workers were friendly, the way they wrapped my burrito was solid, and the actual paper wrapping itself was neat. There’s a 1st time for everything, will stop here again 🙂
