The place was dirty, the employees were not friendly at all and the food was blah – cold. Are they not getting paid enough? Management not hiring or scheduling enough workers to cover the shift comfortably? Are they overworked and underpaid? I don’t get it… I’ve been to much better Taco Bells before. I was really disappointed! I won’t be going back to this Taco Bell store. It’s just my experience. Maybe yours will be better.

I order a Chile Verde Fries Bowl, but they just gave me the fries. Ordered 2 crunchwrap supremes, but they just gave me 3 chalupas. I also ordered a grilled chicken burrito, but i got a beef burrito instead. I didn’t even get a refund because uber eats said it was “ineligible”. Like i don’t know what’s going but they need to get it together because I paid $31 for wrong items

HORRIBLE. JUST HORRIBLE. We went there tonight about 20 minutes ago. We ordered 1 Nacho Bell Grande, 1 Mexican pizza, 6 DLT with extra beef & 2 DLT Supreme with a side of jalapeño. We received 1 nacho with meat, cheese, & sour cream; 6 DLT no extra beef, 2 DLT supreme. We didn’t get the Mexican Pizza. The food was cold and the taco shells were soft and broken up. I did get my side of jalapeños. We paid $39.80. I called the store listed and of course, no answer. I definitely will not be going there anymore.

I went to this location around 11:30PM on 12/4/2022. I ordered a Deluxe Cravings Box, a Mexican Pizza, Nacho Bell Grande w/ extra beef and cheese no sour cream and a Cheesy Gordita Crunch sub Steak. Get back to my hotel room… no Chalupa that was suppose to come with the box. The Gordita Crunch had 6 pieces of steak and no lettuce. I spent $30 there. Was NOT worth my money. I try not to sit in the window too long because I kno they are on a timer. But next time I’m checking all my food before I pull off. I won’t be courteous to your timer since you can’t be courteous to make sure I get what I paid for.

So aggravating, every time i order delivery they never give sauce packets, and when i try to call the phone is disconnected. But when i go through drive through they have sauce packets. When i go through drive through my food is never warm and most of the time not right, and the service is very poor.

Whole order was wrong ordered 4 crispy chicken tacos they gave me 2 and made up there own tacos and order 4 dorito tacos and they gave me one and 3 regular tacos this is the 2nd time they do something like this one time I also ordered a 12 pack of Cinnabons and they only put 8 in the pack and ordered 2 chalupas and they gave me 2 crunchy tacos and said it was the same thing they ran out of chalupas

Went thru drive thru placed order…when I got to window it took forever to get my food… then the girl comes up with a I’m sorry but you can’t get your Mexican pizza bc our steam oven broke… I asked for a refund on that…. then I said am I getting my chalupa? She said yes… waited another 5 minutes to get it…..horrible service…. they have young kids all working there.. all they doing is cutting up and playing around…..wasting our time….

Came into this taco bell around 11 pm. Customer service in the drive thru was worse then horrible. The employee rolled his eyes and gave a attitude when I asked for mild sauce. When I got home the taco that came with the cravings box I order was on the bottom of the bag and totally not eatable because it is badly crushed
