If I could give Zero stars I would. This is the worst Taco Bell on the planet. They have not gotten an order right since they have been open. Was just in there 5 minutes ago. The entire staff ignored me and yelled at each other about how they should have locked the door before I came in (at 8pm.) No one even attempted to help me. When I finally asked if they were open or not, they said “yeah you could order but that’s it” then no one took my order. I said thanks anyway and left. I’m sure they will be closing soon. Wish I could get my Taco Bell fix.

Literally the worst taco bell I’ve ever been to. Not just one bad experience it’s every time. From now on I’ll just drive to chalmette. Waited in drive thru for an hour even though there were only 4 cars ahead of me, crunchwraps are always made terribly either burnt or dry or barely any meat etc. staff is lazy, always saying they’re out of something or they’re temporarily closed. Just horrible

I literally just got home from ordering and my order was simple 3 bean burritos with no onions….. not only was my burrito not wrapped with sauce leaking through the bag or even fully wrapped inside the wrapper – it wasn’t even what I had ordered…. there was rice and nacho cheese in it…

This Taco Bell needs to close down!!!! Every time I patronize this business they are always out of products or the grill doesn’t work. I’m assuming the lobby must close about 7pm. As a result, the only way to order is by drive through which have long lines. I waited in line for about 10 to 15 minutes, get to the speaker to order the $5 nacho (that was discontinued). I ordered the Doritos taco combo and they didn’t have that. I ordered the chalupa combo with a bottled water and 2 nacho bell grandes (1 was a special order).

We went to the Taco Bell in Meraux,La and at 9:30pm we were told that they were out of everything and they couldn’t make anything. This is not the first time this has happened at this location. The staff are very rude and lazy. I find it hard to believe there out of EVERYTHING. This is extremely poor customer service and for it being a relatively new store you are losing a lot of business here. Please help us address this opportunity.
