Great Service from Andrew as usual when I’m just buying for myself. knows how to lable diet drinks from regular drinks my grandma can’t have sugar so we appreciate it instead of playing guessing game. Taco was filled up. And got recommended a Mexican pizza was good. I will always come back for family food was amazing service THANK YOU ANDREW! You are the best.

This place is horrible as it relates to getting orders correctly on Uber Eats. On multiple occasions I am missing items, or the items are totally incorrect. I ordered a combo with a drink and received no drink. Previously I ordered a soft taco and they gave me a taco shell with lettuce and cheese no meat.

While the food was fine, the store itself is a trash heap. Spilled drinks all over the place, left out food, uncleaned tables, just overall disgusting. Employees didnt even seem to notice. Total OSHA nightmare. Makes you wonder what it looks like behind the counter.

Regularly not open on time, and even when there are employees there after the time of opening they simply don’t answer the drive thru. Lobby is closed currently due to construction but seems to be closed often. Even during mid day it can often take 5 to 10 minutes just to place your order and then 20% of the time you’re asked to pull around to the front to wait for your food. Either they are always short staffed, or management needs to do something about the level of not caring that almost every employee has.

Absolutely the worst customer service I’ve experienced. Dinning room was closed, so we go through the drive through. I tell the young man we have 3 separate orders. He begins complaining and making noises to let us know he was unhappy about three order’s. He informed me “it was a lot off work, you have to take the order, cash it out, prepare the order and people are line up (one vehicle behind us and no vehicles in front of us) plus they are short handed”. He was very rude and argumentative. I should have just left but we placed our order and wondered all the way home if our food was tampered with. I promise you we checked it before eating. I have attempted to find contact info for manager, owner or someone to let them know so they hopefully can address the issue.

It was okay. Aside from being rudely corrected by the manager. Which. She was wrong. She said we have no deluxe cravings box. Just a nacho fries box, so I had to ask what was in it. And explain. I’m looking at it right here on the menu. That’s what is in it. She said. Well that’s a nacho fries deluxe cravings box. No. She mixed the name of the two boxes together. And steady argued. No where on the menu was a nacho fries deluxe cravings box. They change the deluxe cravings box often, the ingredients. But the name is the same.. and at this point its just arguing semantics. Either way, for her to jump on and correct me, when the man is already asking my order. Its just uncalled for, especially when you know what I’m talking about. So I just said, yeah, that’s one. And this is after her jumping on and interrupting her worker just to correct me when I ordered. And she was even rude when my fiance had to go back in for our drink, asking the worker what does he even want. The worker ignored her and asked us to have a very nice day. So the worker was extra super nice trying to compensate for his super rude manager. He did amazing. She needs to go back to grade school and be retrained. Not even on just taco bell. Just in general. Just retrain your whole everything, because this just ain’t it.
