Incredibly rude and lazy staff. Asked for a box that comes with nacho fries but they were out, so I asked if they could just ring me up for the items in the box, without the fries understanding they were out. Before I could finish I was met with screaming, “NO MA’AM, NO MA’AM, NO MA’AM” like it was impossible to press three buttons, or I had made a threat instead of asked a question. Still got the order wrong after doublechecking with the person taking the order. First and last time at this location!

This taco bell is quite literally the only good one in Lafayette. It’s close to my job & my home so it makes it convenient for a quick lunch. Today I had a rather large order & the food was all made correctly, all items in the bag & an overall a pleasant experience. As a retail worker who deals with the public regularly, thank you! This is by far the worst Taco Bell in Lafayette. I love TB but this one is horrible. I stupidly have gone here so many times because its right by my house. The staff will barely greet you at the window, just hands you your food and if you say thanks, they don’t say anything back or thank YOU for ordering. The food is cold or lukewarm, never hot. The food is skimpy, barely any meat. They constantly get orders wrong even if you order 2 burritos. Look at the other reviews, they all say the same. This place has been managed horribly for years and never gets better. They clearly do not care about the service or food they bring. Go to any other location. Even if further away, your food will probably be hotter at home if you go across town to get it and wait to eat it, than it will be here!

They prioritize the drive threw more they they prioritize inside orders. We ordered on the app and it said it was ready but when my fiancé went in to get the order and he was in there for a solid 15 minutes waiting while they were getting rid of the drive threw line. Our order was placed and “ready” way before anyone was even in line at the drive threw.

today went to taco bell and guy got mad we were customizing our order. We asked for no beef on our burrito and no lettuce on the taco… it was too difficult to compute and we broke their circuit. This taco bell has to be a joke. Don’t work in customer service if you cant take an order or get mad with a quick two second order…. ♂️ its always fun going here because you never know what your going to get. A completely different order… a taco shell with nothing in it.. a taco shell with just cheese… a burrito with only lettuce… but im to lazy to drive to another taco bell about 12 hours away to hope theres a good one around.
