Went into this restaurant. They were slow and had absolutely no orders , they were just standing around talking to one another leaning against the counter. , they wouldn’t take my order, they said I had to use the tablet thingy… I have received no training on how to use this piece of equipment nor am an employee of taco bell , Unless I am getting free food for being a cashier , or some type of payment for my labor I should not have to ring up my own order …. you’re supposed to have employees for that… what is next ? You going to have customers taking their own orders and eventually have to prepare our own food too as well ??

They didn’t double check their drive thru order and we were short a taco when we got home. Wasnt worth a trip back… So next time everyone behind me might get aggitated when I sit at the window until I’m certain I have everything. I love Taco Bell, there just needs to be some better quality control.

First off the food was not good. We ordered a box of tacos, half soft half crunchy. And a nacho bell grande. The meat in the Tacos was spicy. My wife was the first to eat and she complained that it was spicy and didn’t taste like the normal taco bell tacos. I tried one and they were in fact spicy. It wasn’t bad to me because i don’t mind spicy food but we didn’t order anything spicy and my wife cant eat spicy food. The Nacho Bell Grande was tiny in comparison to the ones I had received in the past. Overall we did not enjoy the food or the visit.

Sat in drive-thru for 20 minutes just to get home with the wrong food. Their phone number is inactive and absolutely no one would answer me. This was supposed to be a bean burrito add beef. I payed over 10$ for food I could not eat it was so horrible. I wish I could give 0 *.

Last chance Carencro Taco Bell, three strikes and you’re out. Don’t know why I bothered to come back after the last two. No Mexican Pizzas, out of my first two choices for drink, and Chicken Quesadilla was mostly inedible. I ate in the parking lot, but it wasn’t hot enough to melt the shredded cheese, which went flying all over the place and the chicken was so dried out I couldn’t eat it. On a positive note, the dog loved it.

Staff was okay. Food was lacking. Taco shells were stale. Beans on Mexican pizza were burnt. Every was one notch above room temperature. The drink dispenser was out of most of the choices. Only gave 2 stars because the place was clean and became they have charging ports.
