Drive-through experience was not good. Out of most drinks. I asked if they had the frozen drinks. Was told yes. I ordered a large one. At the window, I was given a small drink and charged over $3 for the drink. It was less than a cup.

CHECK YOUR ORDER – Orders are rarely accurate. When I was there 2 of 3 people who came in where there to fix an incorrect order. Every time I have done a mobile pickup order, items were missing or incorrect.

I went through the drive thru and ordered a soft taco supreme. Very simple. What I got was a cold soft taco that had obviously been laying in the wrapper for over an hour. The paper was so stuck to the food it would not come off the taco. I couldn’t even eat it or I would have eaten the wrapper. When I tried to call the phone number went to their Fax machine.

Do not waste your money here!! Went through here while staying at GN. My family ordered $50 of food and got nothing but a bag of disappointment and about 100 packets of sauce piled on top our food. Should’ve known it was gonna be horrible when we pulled up to the window to pay and our $50 of food was already in the bag and being handed to us. All that food was shoved in ONE bag. Got back to our room and our food was COLD. All the tacos were at the bottom crushed by the other food piled on top. Everything was soggy, falling apart and stuck to the wrappers. Almost no meat in the quesadillas or crunchwraps ,the chalupas were HARD not fresh at all and they forgot a few items. Didn’t even realize they gave no receipt till we were already pulling up to the hotel. Wish we would’ve just spent a little more in one of the casino restaurants instead and at least enjoy our food!

Seemed like they wanted us to order and get us out of there. Like, let my family get some food. Its 845am, were hungry. We was very nice, said thank you and please. Also, rushed my husband burrito and it was COLD when he finally was able to opened it after handing out 3 crunchwraps to our kiddos while I was driving.
