Flavorless mess thrown together in a rush while my tacos and burritos are missing 75% of their filling. I just paid $20 for less than $2 worth of product. Staff doesn’t care and just wants you gone as fast as possible, which means management doesn’t care either. Needs new management or to be shut down.

They now have the concept that everyone uses the kiosk and you will stand at the counter while countless workers walk past and even upon asking they say they are busy but you can use the kiosk or wait well I waited about 9 mins just to place an order with other people behind me all complaining about this

I always enjoyed Taco Bell back home, but here in Louisiana, it looks like everyone halfass everything and in some kind of mood. I went through the drive-through before work, girl at the window not paying attention nearly dropped my change. Food wasn’t even in a bag but was given to me in a half fold out/ open box.
