Worst experience ever. If you go to this one Check your order! After going back cause I received half of what I ordered and it was wrong. I had to wait in the drive thru line again cause no one there answers the phone at all. When I get to the speaker to order I explain what I got and I was told to to pull up to the front. After watching the line come and go and waiting for an additional 45 min I finally had to beat on the door cause she never brought anything out. Sarah finally walks over and grabbed a bag off the counter which was half of what I ordered again and still not correct. I never got my food, but they got their money. What I did get was cold dried out beans that were in dried chunks on a wrap. Wasn’t even edible. No telling how many people will be sick from eating there tonight. Sarah was rude, unapologetic, and lacked any customer service skills. The only reason I gave this review a star is cause it was the lowest option I could give.

They lock the doors to everyone at 10pm. Even DoorDash. I have been waiting for an hour for my food now because of this. The dasher was even at the door with my order pulled up on their phone and could see it on the counter inside. The employees still would not let them in or bring them the food. I understand closing the doors to regular customers but they should have them open to dashers so that they can do their job.

It’s a Saturday @ 12:07(lunchtime). 3workers literally nobody even spoke to me for 10+ minutes!! Yet not only was I the ONLY one there with NOBODY in the drive up they sauntered around talking, totally avoided me!!! Finally, driving for a door dash order I spoke up. When I did get the order I feel sorry for whoever has to eat ice cold food! This is horrible!!!

Went though the drive thru and ordered for my family of four. SIX soft tacos and some had less than a teaspoon of meat and they all had NO cheese on them. The person fixing the food as well as the shift manager on 7/10 at 7pm either need to be retrained or FIRED. I don’t appreciate spending my hard earned money for an imbecile to rip me off. Stay away from this place if at all possible. We will never go to this hole again!!!

I ordered a spicy chicken taco to try for the first time, and this is sadly what i got. I’ve never seen something so bad. People pay their hard earned money for this..? not only did they mix up my entire other burritos with other types, but this is ridiculous. Not to mention they turned off all the lights to make it seem like they were closed. Who does this? Don’t like your job? Just quit. Man, i’m just not going back here.
