That day I loved it. The food was cooked after it was ordered. That new Steak burrito with the cheese it’s so so good (TRY IT). The only thing they have rice in it and I’m not a big rice eater but it really good. I think it may have new management. This guy was super helpful in explaining things and made sure we had everything needed. This was at the Airline restaurant in Prairieville. If you are cold nature bring a jacket very cool inside but I rather be cool than sweat dripping in my food. Very good place to eat.

First straw was the Baja Blast, it had zero flavor or sweetness, they ran out of syrup and gave me just carbonated water . The only reason i go to Taco Bell is for the Baja Blast. Second, my burrito had like no chicken and it was covered in ranch and lettuce. I want my protein bro cmon.

Mr. Patrick, is one of the kindest people and is very well to his customers. Talks amazingly to his customers. I also dropped my card in the drive through and he held my door away from the wall so I didn’t scratch my pain while I reached for my card. I’m an assistant store manager myself, and I’d be glad to have an employee like Mr Patrick!

I have been a few times to the Taco Bell in Prairieville recently because of the Mexican Pizza being brought back. I went in on the first day, Sept 13th, because I was having trouble ordering thru the app. The manager on duty and other employees were very patient and helpful. The other couple times I went, whether drive thru or carry out, my order comes out quick and hot and the employees are very nice! I’ll be back again and again!

I placed an order through door dash at 12:20, my dasher arrived at 12:45 for my order. She notified me that the doors were locked, drive through said it was close, so she went up to the window since they were still open, according to their website they close at 1:00 A.M. Very unprofessional on Taco Bell’s employees part, as my dasher waited for 15 minutes at the drive-through window and a young wide male with long hair kept walking by and didn’t acknowledge her. I continuously called and it ringed, no one answered. So here I am with no order at all. Way to go Taco Bell! Do better, and actually have your employees abide by the hours y’all present.

Whoever was in charge of preparing food today was simply not paying attention or did not blatantly care ! Literally ordered in mobile app with special modifications and they were all ignored even ordered add ons and they were absent!! I paid my money i need my food correct! Drive thru person was awesome but the staff preparing food and the lady sitting in the lobby ignoring and waving off customer to drive thru def ruined my visit on today
