I have seen children take better directions than the people that work at this store. They couldn’t get the orders right not once but twice. I had to go back in the store to get it fixed. The food was ice cold and beverages had almost 0 ice.

This location is horrible. How are they a fast food establishment and multiple times of me coming they don’t have cups for the drinks? I had to pull up because the manager said she had to watch her drive thru time. After waiting over 28 minutes I get out and go into the establishment. It was very nasty over flowed garbage sitting by the counter where the food is being prepared then I received my food it was NOT correct. After I seen the garbage I 1st asked for a refund she said no refund was available. This restaurant needs to be closed down! I will be calling the USDA’s Food Safety and Inspection Service (FSIS) that’s for sure. Y’all need to be doing some training on cleaning and customer service skills! The USDA’s Food Safety and Inspection Service (FSIS) will be receiving a call on the next businesses day this place is pathetic and need management!!!!!

Couldn’t see the menu clearly due to light being out. I was on the passenger side so I was a little loud. The person taking my order told me I was yelling at her. I explained to her I was on the passenger side. She continued to be very hostile, and refused to take my order. So my husband drove up to the first window and the gentleman told us that it was the manager who was taking orders. She refused to take our order and had the worker to close the window.

It seems like lately every other order that I get from this particular Taco Bell /KFC something’s usually messed up and they do not like to correct it I don’t know what’s going on at this place but someone needs to do something about it they need to fix their equipment so they can hear properly or something because it’s no way that they should mess up an order that many times

I love the combination restaurants. I don’t like the fact the freeze masking has been out for weeks and yet to be fixed. One if the main reasons I like to go to Taco Bell is because of the $1 freeze drinks available from 2p – 5p. I haven’t been able to get that for weeks maybe months now.
