The food and service was horrible. After placing an order inside the restaurant, I along with another customer waited 30mins and then one of the workers came to see what we had ordered. Once I received my order, I immediately returned it because it was made sloppy and looked disgusting. The only thing that is good about this place is the lights and new building.

The wait times are horrible and the food made me sick. They don’t even properly update status in the app in a timely manner. I have had the Grilled Cheese steak burrito multiple times from other Taco Bell’s and it was amazing. I tried it from this one and it wasn’t nearly as good. The cheese also tasted old, not very fresh. A few hours later I had massive stomach/ abdominal pain that continued into the next day and had to go to urgent care. Taco Bell was the only thing I had eaten that day. It was the only suspect. Will NOT be ordering from this establishment ever again.

Waited 65 minutes ordered food from Doordash and 3 different drivers went to the store and this restaurant didn’t even male my order. I wouldn’t advise anyone to go to this store I am not happy with this at all and wouldn’t advise anyone to go to this place

Went to the new store that just opened today….and the “Mini” spicy potato item was terrible..the tiny potato nuggets were LIKE ROCKS!!!! I went back to the drive thru and the girl with braces with blue or green bands in her braces made me lose my appetite ..no shade if you wear braces but she opened her mouth really wide…I thought the band was gonna POP!!!…..she was undertrained in customer service!!!!!…if Taco Bell paid trained …experienced workers ..they would have better customer service.. Shame on Taco Bell.!!! I won’t be Back!! Adios!!!!!

We waited for 15 minutes in the drive thru. Then once we got to order the lady said it will be a 15-20 minute wait since there’s a shift change. I don’t know what type of management they have but Taco Bell is too large of a corporation for it to be handled this way.
