Had made an mobile order, beefy 5 layer burrito was a bean burrito with beef at the ends, i’d say 80%-85% was beans. Cheesy gordita crunch was lacking the cheese, tiny amount of beef, didn’t take off the lettuce as requested, and tossed in a few tomatoes for good measure. Gatorade tasted like water. Photos are after I picked off the lettuce and tomatoe.

Worst Taco Bell ever had. We ordered Mexican pizza and we received stale food. The tortilla had bitter taste and we tried to call and report the issue to the restaurant, but the girl at the desk was rude and answered us back by saying. “ do whatever you want to” instead of apologizing.

They’re lucky you can’t give half a star. My order was a chalupa box with 3 chk Chipotle melts. I have an ice cold chalupa and 3 tic tac sized chk melts. Hard AF too. How you gonna charge almost $6 for 3 chicken tictacs?

I ordered a mobile order at this location and I am a vegetarian so I ordered a black bean burrito. My husband picked up my order and specified for them to make sure they use BLACK BEANS. When he got home and I bit in to it there was ground beef very clearly mixed in with the black beans. That was not part of my order and when I tried to call them to tell them about this issue THEY PICKED UP MY CALL AND LET THE RECEIVER JUST SIT WHILE I TALKED. No one talked to me during the call and all I heard was people in the background working. I tried again multiple times to connect with them and they didn’t answer. When they answered for a second time it was the same situation. They just put the receiver down and didn’t even bother listening to a paying customer.

Six people are ‘working’ here. Six! Only two are actually doing something, while the rest are just standing around, staring at cell phones, talking, dancing, making customers use the automatic order machine vs taking their order. Not one of them in the 40 minutes I was there, cleaned the dining area (it was very messy), not one took an actual order, or greeted customers, or tended to the messy and disorganized fountain area. Where is the manager? Where is the work ethic? Just wow.

I don’t how but it’s near impossible to get your order right. This time handed someone else’s order. Then they had no idea about my order even though they gave me a receipt with what I ordered on it. So then 15bmin after I ordered they started to make my food. Then handed me food a second time and left out my four tacos. Said something and they replaced it. Food was fine even though wasn’t made the way it was requested. Don’t eat tomatoes so they added extra (it seemed like) so was not good. Have been going to this taco bell for 15 years and this has always been their standard. They always get your order wrong. If your lucky sometimes they will be nice about it. Haven’t had as bad experiences at other taco bells. Not that they were perfect and it’s still taco bell. At least when made right the food is good.. some of the prices are getting ridiculous for taco bell.

My order was wrong. I had to go to the door and knock. The manager’s attitude was horrible rolling her eyes she said, “well whats wrong with it?” How about EVERYTHING, including you! I ordered beef and got chicken. There was so much cheese it popped out of the wrapper. I had to open it all of the way trying to find the beef; that was chicken, too! They made me another order. It was coldish and I was afraid to eat it. It was the attitude that was most offensive to me. She didn’t apologize.

The absolute worst location in baton rouge the problems are too long to list. From being open at inconsistent times from day to day you never know if it’s going to be opened or not to ridiculous wait times and constantly being out of random items to just not wanting to serve anybody whenever they don’t feel like it. Terrible service, terrible management. Horrible location. Avoid it all costs

This place is horrible, if I had a zero star option I would use it. They disappointed me one time and so I thought I’d give them another try, I spent 30$ on an order that was half edible. I waited almost 2 hours for my food, my Doritos locos taco shell was so stale, my burrito was not cooked at all the tortilla was hard, my nacho fries were not even nacho fries they were basically just plain fries, my soda tasted like straight up soda water. Night shift does not care, They will serve you the old food that’s left over that they haven’t used yet. I will not be eating here again, please save your money and go elsewhere that deserves it, or at least do not order after day shift.
