After working 12 hours went to order dinner for me & my husband. I was asked to wait to place my order which was completely fine. I ordered 2 combos & didn’t even receive all the food that was included in both combos. I normally look inside the bags, but after a very long day I was tired & ready to go home. I’ve always wondered why I literally NEVER see anyone in this drive thru as I pass it twice a day to & from work. I now know why. Also my food was crushed along with both of us missing several items from our order. Needless to say, we’re both still hungry & very disappointed!

Why does this location consistently hire the most grossly incompetent people? Every single item in my last few orders has been wrong. One employee even made a rude comment about my order over the drive tru speaker. This location needs to clear house from the top down. There’s a reason this location is always dead even at peak hours. They have the nerve to act inconvenienced even though they’re slow. Zero work ethic. No way this location stays in business in two years. At least these lazy people will be out of a job.

I would give it no stars after my visit today. At 1:45 pm today I went through the drive thru and place my order for 3 soft shell tacos and a crunchwrap. Well the lady kept trying to sell me the combos. I didn’t want those, and finally she got my order. After paying for it, I checked my bag and to my surprise it was hard shell tacos. I went inside and before I could even talk to the cashier, I guess the young lady who was the manager on duty walks up to.me and say ” you got issues “. I responded that I don’t have any “issues” I just wanted 3 soft tacos. When I got.home they didn’t have any sour cream. Very poor and unprofessional management.

We waited in line for 20 minutes, they forgot both our 12 packs if cinnabons, we waited until we got them and didn’t realize until we were home that they didn’t give us one if our chalupas either.

This was horrible I stood up front for over 5 minutes no one greeted me while 2 cooks were clowning finally used the self checkout got my food and had tomatoes on everything when I made modifications but will not be back to this location it was horrible

Tonight I went to my favorite Taco Bell location, one that I’m constantly praising for being the fastest/best Taco Bell. Tonight I was asked to pull up to wait for my order and I was missing my 2 Mexican pizzas. I even showed the lady the contents of my bag and she said “well they were in there so I don’t know what to tell you” so basically she accused me of hiding the pizzas and claiming I never got them. There’s no way those pizzas would have even fit in my bag because it was full of my other food. If the manager wanted to accuse me that’s one thing but it’s not an employee’s place to accuse me of lying. I’m extremely disappointed
