Update: ONLY GO IF YOU HAVE NO OTHER OPTION! THEY CONSISTENTLY MESS UP FOOD. McDonald’s does a better job than this Taco Bell They gave my order to someone else and tried to blame DoorDash for it when Taco Bell is the one making orders and passing them out. After giving my order to the wrong person, they refused to remake it and give it to me. Not the first time this has happened with this specific crew. I would not recommend this place to anyone unless it’s night time

Waited in the drive-thru for 35 minutes, with only three vehicles in front of us. The lady working the window wasn’t welcoming and looked unhappy like there were problems going on inside. You could see people standing inside at the counter were just as frustrated as we were. We were traveling through, so luckily, we will not have to deal with that particular Taco Bell again.

I once asked if any employee could make a fresh crunchy taco and was told that they are made fresh every day. Well here is fresh for you! At 630 p.m. The receipt was dropped and person said, there’s the receipt. Don’t know why I keep going back. I keep expecting something different. Never friendly and give food in a plastic bag without a thank you also.

I ordered on the app. They took my money off my card. When I got to the restaurant they told me the system was down. I couldn’t get a refund or my food. They make it impossible to contact anyone and the employees have no help to offer. This is ridiculous. I have tried every way to contact them.
