Other than then normal hiccups with a new restaurant & being closed for a bit after the ice storm, we’ve had nothing but good service from this location. It’s certainly doesn’t deserve poor ratings I’m seeing. Let’s give them a chance Fordyce. I can think of two local major chain restaurants that have been here for years that consistently delivers inconsistent quality and errors with our orders. Keep up the good work Taco Bell employees. Horrible wait time. Waited 30 mins for our food. Order was wrong. No rice at all in cheesy bean and rice burrito. Customer service was horrid and would not replace food or give refund. Needs a lot more training for both staff and managment

I ordered the grilled chipotle chicken from Fordyce Taco Bell it was bland not enough cheese and chicken was dry. They need someone else to manage this place. Worse Taco Bell I have ever been too. I have been there twice will not go back. One of my favorite places to eat but not that one!

The business here is not good we have waited at least 20 minutes just to order it was 11:23 pm they close at 1:00 in the morning and we are waiting and we have a 5 month old baby who is with us we just wanted to get food but they took to long not happy
