The food was hot and fresh and made exactly as I ordered it. The hamburger was not all greasy. Nothing was messed up. The staff were very friendly and polite. This was my first time at this taco bell and I’d definitely go back. They gave me plenty of sauce and napkins. We spent $26 for 3 people to eat (which isn’t too bad.)

We were glad when we finally got a Taco Bell close to our house, but the three times I’ve visited there I noticed the meat doesn’t taste like real meat. It tastes like cardboard that’s been sitting on a conveyor belt. Strangest taste I’ve ever experienced at a Taco Bell. It’s also worth mentioning that the tacos I got for my family seemed like they were SOAKED in water. When I opened them I could see that it was grease that was dripping all over the taco, the wrapper, and the bag. Each time we visited it was the same result, so we will not be back. Just wanted corporate office to be aware of the issue. Thanks!

Super small size portions nowadays, what happened taco bell? You used to be the best, I know I worked for you. No way do your bean burritos have 1.5 oz of beans, 1 oz of sauce, 1/4 oz of onions and 1/2 oz of cheese. It’s more like 1/3 of this, so sad. I can make my own

Where to start.. I’m not sure who is training here or who actually owns this Taco Bell, but… everybody out here on 70 was super excited to get a TBell. Myself and my family have ordered from there A LOT … well over 40X.. that’s a lot. There has maybe been 4-5X that our order was “as ordered.” It is SO frustrating to go through the process of ordering/PAYING/waiting… and sometimes leave with your order, to have it be wrong. Another order tonight with about half of it missing.and one of the things we received I’m not sure what it is. Come on guys… this isn’t rocket science.the $10-20 on top of this review is what we spend per person in this household.. sometimes more… tonight was about a $35 order for two people.

Couldn’t order through the app to get a cravings box. Only way to receive this product you must use the app. I dont like getting food all over a vehicle so I tried to order for dine in. Other people are enjoying their food while I’m outside trying to order. I guess 9:30pm is too close to closing time…even though they’re open til 3 am……. this would have been my first visit to the newest location in the county. Turns out, it was a complete waste of time.

This place has hardly been open and the people working the night shift are 30+ years old and act like annoyed teenagers because they have to work to survive. They got mad because they mixed our order up, then claimed they had already made the “wrong order” in the two seconds it took us to drive from the ordering podium to the window. Then made us pull around to the pick up area and wait. Then told us “there’s your order. If you wanted any sauces youll just have to go inside” litteral teenagers working at mcdonalds act more professional than this.

Every time we order at the Taco Bell in Hot Springs on Airport Rd our order is wrong. We usually have customized items and they never pay attention to the customizations. I even told them one time at the pick up window to please pay attention to the customizations and almost every single item was still incorrect! I don’t understand why it’s so hard for the staff at this location to get the orders correct! I would rather drive out of my way to the one on Albert Pike just to avoid this hassle. They don’t ever seem to have a problem paying attention and doing their job .We keep trying them hoping they have gotten better but no such luck. Please do something about this, it’s ridiculous that they can’t pay attention to the orders they receive! If I could give 0 stars to this location I would!

Jnae needs to lose her attitude, she was rude. Poor customer service, if she hates her job that bad she needs to find something else that suits her or leave her problems at home! I would not have anyone working for me with that kind of customer service! Definitely doesn’t need to be working the window!
