Always so so so slow and get the food wrong. Took 25 minutes for us to get our food in the drive thru when 5 other people had already gotten their food. not to mention we had already gotten th wrong bag of food. Not apologetic or nice

The KFC portion of the restaurant was fine if priced higher than normal. The Taco Bell portion was not good. The Taco shells were stale and just simply not good. First time my son has ever refused to eat food from Taco Bell.

Update: gave them another chance, got the deluxe box. Didn’t receive my nacho fries, the meat was bland and tasteless, and the Doritos locos taco smelled off. Fully expect to not only spend the night on the pot, but probably part of tomorrow as well.

Went to get my wife a Chalu pa after surgery. Get to hospital has hair on the breading. Everyone seen it, get to store. No manager available no refund I had get another, cash register do job right recipe comes with food. Cooks cover your hair. DISGUSTED with all service!

This business has a lot of back and forth feelings. One day, the food might be amazing, and the next could be absolutely garbage. It’s a coin toss whether or not you will get a decent meal. I ordered a mexican pizza and soft taco supreme. The mexican pizza was soggy and poorly made, and the tacos were thrown together poorly. Make your own opinions, each experience is different.

This taco bell can’t seem to make a simple cheesy roll-up. I’ve ordered multiple times, thinking it could have been a one or two off, but it wasn’t. Every time they have just handed me a rolled up tortilla with shredded cheese in them. Not even melted. My kids usually only eat those from Taco Bells but no more. This location also cheats their drive thru times by asking nearly every person to pull out of the line and up to the side. They’ve asked us to do this every time and we were always the only people there, and only ordering maybe 3 cheesy roll ups and maybe 1 bean and cheese burrito. They do this to clear the drive thru times. It’s wrong and shouldn’t be done. I will say the manager at this place is nice. It’s a taco bell/ KFC and we had a large order for the KFC and we went in for this order as it was a lot. She did great, unfortunately I can’t remember her name, but the KFC food was definitely better. Plus going inside is something a lot more people should probably do.
